Myself and best friend business partner arrived in the area to get the rest belongings and drives them back to Utah. He drove from Seattle street through and I drove from St George straight through and our Airbnb fell through. We needed a hotel that could take two dogs and would check us in at 5:30 in the morning. They allowed us to come in right away and charge us an extra $50 for the early check-in. Using the driving directions we got a little confused because the sign actually says Studio 6 Suites which I believe may have taken over the business. The building and room seemed renovated. My only complaints so far is that the stand that the beds are on is metal and every time you touch it it makes this banging noise. Every time you move on the bed it makes a loud metal creaking noise -see video. Will complete the rest of the review when we leave and I will add pictures

Beautiful places in a some what bad/ghetto area... Got a room with my family clean spacious room, only problem was everyone woke up sick 🤧🤢 cough sour throat.. 🤒... Beds supper comfortable. Easy access to room and car. Went to a regular motel 6 and they were charging $176 for 2 beds one night... Shake my head 😤

Customer Service-We traveled from Utah for my niece’s graduation & when you drive far all you want to do is relax & sleep. Amber was so great with accommodating our needs. She was so quick to respond, because of her service we felt comfortable and knew she was going to make sure we were going to be taken care of. That’s why I’m going to give it 5 stars because of her customer service.

Room Service & Cleanliness - 1 out of the 4 days we stayed we had our “do not disturb sign” so we understood that we weren’t going to get any room service. The rest of days we stayed, our trashed wasn’t empty so we accumulated trash before we left, toilet paper wasn’t refilled, and we had to call every morning to get new towels.(We did call one morning for towels & it never came)

The hotel's profile photos have nothing to do with how terrible this hotel is, it's dirty from the moment you enter the elevator and walk down the hall, and when I opened the room I simply can't find words to describe what I felt when I arrived with my family at 2:00 am tired from the trip ready to fall into the beds and just stand there because they didn't even feel like sitting down the room smelled of cigarette and weed just as we arrived we left the hotel we were exhausted from the trip but we preferred to go out and look for another one after staying in that room. Hopefully my review will help another family not to go through what we went through. The photos of the Hotel are spectacular. I didn't read the reviews before making my reservation, don't make my mistake.

Is this hotel sexy? No. But it is refreshingly adequate. It serves no breakfast, but is within walking distance from a Denny's with remarkable service. Does it have a bar? No. But it has a liquor store within walking distance. Hot tub was clean. Pool area was quiet. Would stay here again.
