Absolute GEM of a Spanish style restaurant that serves a variety of tapas as well as full meals..it was DELICIOUS.....Everything! I don't know much about wine but I appreciated the fact that they offered Spanish wines as well as the norms, which was excellent btw! You need to go! Now!

Quaint little spot, huge menu, great wine selection, we went as two couples and all ordered several different things and shared. Everything was very good, a little bit expensive but nothing out of sight. We will definitely go back!

What a fantastic, authentic tapas experience! The food was so tasty and the owner so attentive, giving top notch suggestions! Cane to celebrate a birthday and this was one of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had--even serenaded my husband and everyone sang happy birthday! This is a MUST GO on your dining list. They have a wonderful patio that would be great during warm nights! Intimate dining area indoors with large bar you can also sit at.

The interior is very cute and matches the feel for the type of food they're serving. The staff is helpful, nice, and fast. The food is delicious. I had the shrimp appetizer and the creamy polenta with octopus. Octopus/squid is tricky to cook and make sure it isn't rubbery and they cooked it perfectly.

My fiancé and I have been waiting to visit Pequeños ever since it was announced to open this month. It did not disappoint, as all of the dishes we enjoyed were delicious. The octopus was tender, the jamon (Iberian ham) was savory, and the homemade cheesecake was to die for. The wine was also an excellent accompaniment to our food and made the evening even more enjoyable. Our server, as well as the managers, were all a joy to talk to and were attentive to our needs. As an Urbana native I fully approve of them as a new addition to the restaurant scene in the area. Will definitely be visiting again!

Pequeños Tapas is the type of local restaurant every rural county with an old downtown in Ohio would be dying to have. Real food scaled to be doable for a small town.

After an afternoon in Columbus over the summer, we finally made the trek to Urbana for Pequeños during the “happy hour” time frame.

We started with a glass of Vinho Verde and Sangria, followed by Cava and Albariño.

We shared albondigas (meatballs), a curry chicken salad sandwich, chorizo, and polenta, with octopus and potatoes to finish.

Everything was great! The bartender and staff were top notch too.

Went to Pequenos for the first time for my birthday dinner and wow! What a dinner. We started with an octopus appetizer and continued with spicy stuffed peppers. After a couple more small plates we ended with cherry ganache for dessert. Each dish was wonderfully paired with a Spanish or Portuguese wine. The wine selection was not excessive but each was well chosen. Our server was very knowledgeable and helped with selections throughout the evening.

Understand that this is a tapas and wine bar. Come prepared to slow down and enjoy small plates while trying new wines. Expect to be impressed!
