Used the drive-through. The service was great. Very friendly gentleman working the window. The patio area looks adorable. Decent amount of sitting for a small spot. Got 1/2 sweet tea, and it hit the spot. Along with a double teriyaki burger and large side of regular fries. All was delicious. The fries are SOO GOOD. Plus you don't see teriyaki burgers anymore, so that excited me. It's a new favorite spot when running between Paulden and Prescott. Love that it's a small business, too. Honestly, prices I feel are comparable with the price of most fast food spots these days. So, there are no complaints on price either.

Amazing food never had a problem with the food it’s always delicious. Best burgers in town. But I have it a 4 star because this is the third time they forget something in my order. And the last time I went I ordered a # 9 combo with a small drink. I go to the side of the building to wait for my food, they bring me back just a drink a the burger, I told her what about the fries? She said no you ordered just the burger. So I just drove off.. when I checked my bank they indeed charged me for the combo. It’s just frustrating because it’s just more than once it happened.

First of all they need to update their menu prices online. I got there and everything was a couple dollars more than what was shown online. I still decided to give it a try since they have been in town for a while.

Service was pretty typical to any fast food. The food was pretty good. Atmosphere looks nice but that is about it. Basically there is only outdoor seating or take it elsewhere.

Other reviews mention typical pricing than most other places and that is just not true. Ordered two burgers, two fries and two drinks and it was just over $40. I can go to most sit down restaurants and get burgers for a little less than that and not sit outside. I wish them luck but I will not be back with those prices.

Stopped here for lunch and was surprised how amazing the food was! Big portion sizes. The burger was delicious and huge. French fries were so good. My new favorite burger place! Spent $30 for 2 double burgers and a large fry. Will be back! They moved pretty quick. Maybe 20 min wait with in the driver thru having 6 cars.

Family of four, 2 adults and 2 kids, 3 meals just cost $53 and the “10% tip” added $9.52. In total $62 or average of $21 for each meal that was a double burger crap onion rings, another burger and soggy fries and the kids meal was $9 for 2 chicken strips and soggy fries. Can have better quality food at Red Robin and get out the door cheaper. You can nearly order a steak and shrimp at Texas Roadhouse for that. You priced this family out of repeat business.

I started eating here when they first opened just up the road in 2013. Back then it used to be $5.99 for the single combo with fries and drink. It went up to $10.99 for the combo meal before they opened this new location in 2024. Once they opened their new location it went up to everything being separated into $9.99 for the single, $3.99 for the fries and $1.49 for the kids cup. All in it now costs $17.40 with the 10.35% sales tax in Chino...(Out of their mind sales tax for a small farming town!) This was worth it at an all in price of $12.13 for a decent burger combo but $17.40 is a price for a premium burger and it would be cheaper to go get a similar burger and fries at Chiles or Applebee's instead. Feels like they lost their way and want to be a premium burger joint but don't provide a premium burger. I wish they would have just stayed where they were with the cheap decent burger combo than to open up this nice location and now charge their customers more for the same meal that has not been improved at all.

Decent food and typical prices. Burger was hot and delicious. I didn't appreciate being asked for a tip when ordering before I'd been provided any service. Come to find out that they do not bring food to you or take your tray when you're finished so I'm not sure why I should be tipping at all.

Food was cold and took over 1 hour in the drive through. Absolutely awful. Burger was cold, the fries that came with it were soggy. We ordered a cinnamon roll and the frosting tasted sour and like there was no sugar in the frosting. Just straight cream cheese. It was disgusting. I also ordered a Dr. pepper and got a Pepsi instead. The lemon tart was good however. The rest was trash.
