The snap peas weren't seared and completely raw. I like them, so it didn't matter much and they could use a change of their oil. A little bitter. The brown rice was done perfectly. The young lady taking my order was very pleasant.

Lunch. My girlfriend ordered Chicken Pad Thai; I had Teriyaki Chicken (pictured). Her bowl was served with ramen noodles instead of the anticipated pad thai rice noodles so she returned it and a few minutes later an employee brought out the corrected order.

As we had her pooches in tow we seated ourselves on their dog-friendly patio. The place was clean, the servers polite, the general atmosphere calm and pleasant, conducive to enjoying one’s lunch.

The meal was satisfying… “Corporate Asian Food Chain“ delicious.

I ordered through Door Dash and I’m really sad that the quality of their food has gone in the past year. The orange chicken no longer has the snap peas in it or the carrots. The sweet chili sauce for my crab wontons was in packets instead of a container and they were just tossed in the container with the crab wontons. Like ketchup packets. They were watery and runny and even though they gave me 7 or 8 of them, there is barely any sauce in these packets. While my food tasted good, Pei Wei’s food quality has gone downhill. I understand prices are high but for the prices you now charge, the cheap sweet chili sauce packets, no carrots or snap peas in these orange chicken anymore…you’re just price gouging at this point.

I rarely give a one star review but honestly I have decided I won’t get food from here again. My first time here a year ago was great, but each time I have gotten Pei Wei since has been disappointing. Yesterday my husband and I got this and the rice and vegetables were undercooked. The chicken is never cooked correctly and the breading on my firecracker tofu was a weird texture this time. It wasn’t worth the 42 bucks we spent on just two entrees and an order of Spring rolls. I would rather spend that next time ant annother place and give another restaurant the money for better quality of food.

I put in a pickup order to the incorrect PeiWei (oops) and when I went in to grab the order at the Ina location, the ?manager was very kind and understanding. He instructed us to cancel our order with the broadway location and they made our food very quickly. Thanks again!

Stopped in for a late lunch, inside and patio dining. Tried the new spicy chicken and the go to orange chicken.. missed the condiment choices that they used to have by the beverage station..usually pretty consistent American Chinese style food..
