We came to Eastman for work and stayed at Peacock place. This bed and breakfast was amazing! The rooms were incredibly comfortable- literally the MOST comfortable bed I've ever slept on in my life. The breakfast was fantastic and filling. The host was very gracious and communicative. We will definitely stay again if we are ever back in this area!

It was incredibly refreshing to stay in such a cozy and well maintained Bed & Breakfast on a recent trip to my home town. If you’re looking for accommodations for out of town visitors, THIS IS THE PLACE! Landon was a wonderful host and breakfast was delightful. As a collector of antiques, the furnishings were particularly lovely to admire. We will most definitely be back.

My family and I had the best experience staying here! The property manager checked in with me before our stay, and then again the day of. The home is stunning & the service we were provided was top notch. Everything about the stay was smooth sailing.
I liked that check in was done with a quick text to the property manager. The door codes were activated and we were in! Private parking on the side of the property was a huge bonus.
If we ever make it back to the area, they'll be the first place we look to for lodging.

This place is a true gem. I had an absolutely WONDERFUL visit. I booked rooms For myself and my children. We stayed for 2 nights. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The decor is AMAZING. this is a really wonderful alternative to your typical hotel stay. It truly is an experience especially if you love the vintage/historic asthetic. My 6 yea
R old daughter said she felt like a princess in a castle. We had a wonderful time just hanging out on the property. The front porch is huge and the grounds are well kept so, outside activities are great. The owner is super polite and accommodating and breakfast was DELICIOUS. I definitely am looking forward to my next stay.

What a beautiful place! So glad I decided to stay on my trip to Savannah. This home is a gorgeous glimpse into Victorian life. The breakfast was delicious. The room and bathroom were immaculate. I will definitely stay here again next time I am traveling through!

We stayed here on 3/15/21, the house is gorgeous. The owner is very accommodating, breakfast was delicious!!! We loved the overall feel of the house, wish we could have had more time to explore, but it was a quick overnight. We will be back when we can enjoy it more.
Oh, and did I mention how delicious the breakfast was!! All homemade & yummy!!!

We picked Easton to stay because of finding Peacock Place and it's historic character. We loved the B&B and Landon took good care of us. He communicated in advanced, helped us enter remotely, and made us a delicious breakfast. There were two people in our party and we needed two beds, so the Meadow's Rooms were perfect. The beds were comfy, house clean and the character and furnishings of the home exceeded our expectations. Bathroom was beautiful bit you need good balance to get in and out of the clawfoot tub shower. The surprise we had was the evening train that went by right when we were going to bed. It seemed appropriate since the builder of the home was a railroad man, just the Peacock remembering it's roots.
