Disgusting, unprofessional, and utterly disrespectful — avoid this hotel at all costs!

My recent stay at the Peach Tree Inn & Suites was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted with an overpowering stench of mold. The carpets were stained, and the linens were dirty and ripped. It's clear that hygiene is not a concern for this establishment.

To add insult to injury, the staff were shockingly rude and incredibly unprofessional. When I left the hotel early one morning to grab a quick snack, I returned to find that my key had stopped working and they had somehow "forgotten" my existence. Despite providing my name and room number, they insisted that I was not a guest and refused to let me back into my own room. I had been staying there for two days and had all of my belongings inside!

This level of incompetence and disregard for basic customer service is utterly unacceptable. I urge anyone considering a stay here to run, not walk, in the opposite direction. Save yourself the headache and find accommodations elsewhere. This hotel is a disgrace to the hospitality industry.

This is a good cheap option for one solo traveler. The beds are tiny. So this is a soso clean cheap one night need a bed for one type of place.

Any more than one guest will make this uncomfortable experience.

So good for one night one guest when you need a place to crash.

Anymore than two in a room is forbidden.

The staff is rather atypical old school innkeepers. Cheap cheap but want every dollar they can squeeze. So just remember 1 n 1.

This hotel although older than some was very clean. I never saw a single cockroach. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They had housekeeping come by every day I was thoroughly impressed with this place even though the outside look does not give it justice.

Whatever you do, do NOT rent a room there. My night there was a terror. Me and my family rented 2 rooms but one was given to someone else after we already rented it. At first we saw both rooms and were pleased. Later when we came back one of the rooms was completely trashed. Beer bottles and trash everywhere. Turns out they gave the same keycard to someone else and accused us of having left . I can’t imagine what could have happened if we were asleep that night in that room while someone else had the same key card. We asked for a refund and the guy refused. The most terrible service I’ve experienced especially on a family vacation.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I booked through booking.com, the person at the front desk when I arrived said they couldn't find my reservation. When I showed my ID and confirmation email, he accused me of not being the person on the reservation. When I started arguing with them, they kicked me out and let me stand outside to figure out another place to stay. Very poor service, rude staff.||||I just called back to talk to the manager and they were EXTREMELY rude, they did not let me say one word. Apparently the rude guy at the front desk was the maintenance worker; the manager refused to help out and let the maintenance worker kick me out.

The hotel only had one sheet on the bed the bottom fitted sheet no top sheet and a comforter folded at the bottom. When I went to the front desk to request sheets she told me they don’t give a top sheet you could imagine my surprise. Also I noticed there was only one towel and one hand towel
, no washcloths, no floor mat by the tub, nor available, additionally there was just a About a quarter of an inch of toilet paper on the roll and no back up. Front desk lady was nice enough to tell me she would send somebody up to bring me a sheet and a roll of toilet paper. The place was clean but they were sketchy people hanging around outside in the parking lot and on the steps at several entrances, you think they would run them off or not allow them to congregate by the doors. at any rate you never know what you’re going to find but I do think they should disclose that they don’t provide sheets I don’t know what that’s all about.

For the price, it was a place to stay. Just dont expect much. The person who cleaned had the floors wet because they cleaned during the day. Many people live there so you will see communities of people hanging out in the parking lot. If you like sleeping with several pillows, bring your own, and bring your own blanket. It wasn't enough for me. Check the air vent in the bathroom. My husband got so sick with breathing issues. He took off the vent to clean it and it was horrible. The location is not to far from downtown and assessible to everything. Its just not a comfortable place to stay.
