I planned a surprise party for my mom's 60th birthday and the entire process was a breeze from start to finish. John and the rest of the staff at Pazzo's did an amazing job with everything!!! The party was last night and their Christmas decorations were still up & they were MAGICAL. It wasn't a couple lights here and there either. There were big beautiful light displays all over the entire venue. Now onto the food -- Pazzo's menu has so many options to choose from with endless possibilities at super affordable prices. Guests kept coming up to me and raving amongst themselves about how delicious everything was. The service from the staff was top notch! They were so friendly, polite, and accommodating. I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I highly recommend Pazzo's for any of your party or catering needs!!!!!

We got married October 5 2019 and we couldn't have picked a better venue to have our reception! Accomdating is too little a word to describe John who completely took care of us the entire journey. John made himself available anytime we needed over the course of two years. He went along with our crazy ideas and executed them perfectly. We're sad our day is over cause we don't get to plan and speak with him again. Food was amazing we got compliments ALL night long, dance floor is huge, bathrooms were kept clean, service was phenomenal. Nancy even brought up damp cloths and dry ones after cake cutting. Bartenders were great. Staff was perfect. We would do it all over again at Pazzos without question. We loved you guys, and we miss you already!!! Thank you for everything John

What a great experience we had at Pazzo's Grand Ballroom! From the moment we walked in for an initial consultation, Sarah was friendly & excited for my daughter's wedding plans. She led us through the process, answering our questions and making helpful suggestions. The venue is beautiful! It was nice to have a place all to ourselves to celebrate without fear of disturbing another party. The food was outstanding!! At our taste tasting it was difficult to pick dishes, because everything was so tasty. The actual night of our wedding reception was beyond our dreams! The service staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and cheerfully willing to help in any way possible. In a word, OUTSTANDING!!!
I would definitely recommend this location to anyone ~~~ priced affordably, great food, superb staff, and marvelous atmosphere!
Thanks for making our daughter's day one to remember!

My sister had her wedding here. It left so much to be desired and lived up to the Parma name. The food was subpar, the cake was box cake, the alcohol provided wasn't set out appropriately, no care was truly given considering how much was spent on these few hours. The decorations were to be Christmas (they had one big tree, 3 red spotlights, and ornaments abound to put on the table), absolutely mind boggling that they couldn't fill in with some green, have multiple trees, wreaths or poinsettias when we spent thousands. The DJ was probably the highlight and he was like any other DJ you'd find out there. I'd tell you to look elsewhere if your budget is 5-10k, this place just isn't worth it.

I visited Pazzo's for a Bridal Shower and could not believe the gem that was hiding in that plaza. The ballroom was beautiful and the staff was great. The brunch buffet was nicely laid out and tasted good.
