Ordered two orders of Chicken Alfredo and one Chicken Parm and the food was inedible. I have never tossed $50 in the trash this fast. My kids love pasta and refused to eat the Alfredo. The chicken in it was overcooked and dry and the sauce tasted spoiled. The chicken parm looked like someone threw up burnt cheese on top of a bed of pasta….GROSS. I have always loved this place but now, I’ll never go back

They forgot our drinks, our utensils such as napkins and forks even though we asked for them, took 45 minutes for some alright food. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re trying to save money and enjoy getting what you actually ordered, would definitely recommend if you’re looking to spend a dine-in price for subpar food

My first experience here and definitely my last, as well. I ordered shrimp Alfredo and was substituted with chicken Alfredo without any communication on them being out of shrimp alfredo. It would have been nice if they contacted me to tell me they were out and to give me the option to pick a different entree instead of them just selecting their own instead.

I also ordered two slices of cheesecake that cost under $3. I was given half a slice for one order, and substituted the other cheesecake with tiramisu, which was also an additional $10 charge, even though I never requested, approved or was even notified of them being out of cheesecake nor the option of choosing a substitute. Absolutely worst experience ever.

The pasta was actually rubber! Clumped and stuck together and chewy the Alfredo sauce was lumpy and weird. The garlic chicken; the chicken was pink and the garlic sauce all you could taste was ground black pepper which is weird seeing as how it’s suppose to be GARLIC sauce!!!! Didn’t eat any of it. Immediately informed the waitress. She asked if they could remake it. I said no I don’t think so. We are just ready to go. She then asked if we wanted to go boxes? We all laughed because we thought she was kidding. Uhh no thanks!! We walked out! Will never be back!! Awful!!

In response to owner down below, I waited 20 minutes in a helpless drove thru line, went inside for service, it was damn near empty, waitress had 2-3 tables. Chose to ignore me. Gentleman came back and began helping drivethru, ignoring me, I remained as patient as possible but it got to a point where I was obviously being ignored. Was nowhere close to busy. Besides the point anyways. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes with no help. No promise of help coming. Just a lot of awkward walking past me looking through me.

Placed an order for takeout. Ordered Shrimp Alfredo and Cheese Tortellini. Shrimp Alfredo was very salty and shrimp was overcooked/burned. We weren't given any napkins or utensils either. Cheese Tortellini tasted fine. Wasn't the best we have gotten from Pasta J's. If you can, I would order from the Bryant location instead of Benton. The service and food at the Benton Pasta Jack's hasalways been phenomenal.

Edit: we hadn't tried the Tiramisu at the time of this review so it wasn't mentioned. I have to say, it was PHENOMENAL...best Tiramisu I've had in several years.

Went for a birthday party. Food was served buffet style and was actually very good! (Most buffets are mediocre at best, in my opinion.) Nice that they have a side room for parties.
