Happy to find such a nice place to stay in Jamestown! We rented a pontoon boat and then stayed the night. Quaint, homey place that was just right. Had a great time spending the night in a cottage with access to kitchens and showers. Extremely friendly people running the facility that were welcoming and always wanted to help us feel at home. We plan to make staying here a tradition!

Loved our overnight stay. My guess the cottages was built around 1930s. Not fancy but was clean. The mangers / owners was very nice. If you decide to stay there. The private fire pit behind the cottage was wonderful to sit around and enjoy nature,

Excellent place to stay! We wished we found this sooner! Very friendly! Cabins are decent. Can't wait to go back! Only downfall is no WiFi and we didn't have phone service. But made for a great time without phones in life! Definitely will be back in a few weeks for one last mini vacation. So easy to get to lake to fish!

The owner really takes pride in her cottages. Cottages are clean .Has Air conditioning and heat which every you should want to use. They have and area to cook outside. Have a stove,fridge, microwave. Simple most used cooking utensils.A tv to watch . Close to the lake ...just really gem in disguise

We have enjoyed Parkside Cottages in the past as a great way to do family time with the whole extended family at one of our favorite PA parks. Some of their recent upgrades made our last trip exceptional. The cabins are still quite basic, but quaint interior touches, air conditioners, a large communal pavilion, and areas for games make for a lot of family fun. We rented 4 cabins of varying sizes for a family weekend celebrating my parents' 50th anniversary, and could not have been more pleased with the experience. We very much look forward to returning for more good times in the future!

My family goes to Pymatuning each year for Father's Day weekend. The last few years we were unable to stay because it is too hard to stay in a tent with two little ones. This year we discovered Parkside Cottages; it is located just a few minutes down the road from the park.||||Normally, I review our stays on the basis of hotel standards, but this is a different type of lodging. Our family does not mind the ruffing part of camping, but I require an indoor toilet and a bed where I will not get wet if it rains!||||We booked the two room cottage. The cottages are a very basic, nothing fancy, or "modern" upgrades. The cottage had two bedrooms (three beds totals), a small kitchen perfect for our weekend needs, and a tiny bathroom. Since I am comparing the lodging to camping this was a major upgrade! ||||We spent most of our days at the Pymatuning park riding bikes, fishing, and swimming. So the cottage was a nice place to rest our heads for the evening.||||So if you are looking for lodging other than sleeping in a tent and still have a few modern touches (A/C, bathroom, coffee pot) this is the perfect place!||||The service was wonderful and it was easy to book (via phone) and pay at the location.
