Stayed here in spring or fall (can't remember which) 2023 and am now planning return trip. The owner, Joe was super nice and helpful. He even gave me a ride when my truck got stuck in the sand. The casita was fairly large- large dining table, small kitchen with everything you need, refridge and microwave, stove. Bathroom, bedroom, cute living room with fireplace, though it wasn't working when I was there. Amazing views of surrounding landscape and stars at night, along with peace and quiet, really make this place a gem. It was just what I needed for a little retreat. It's near many great hiking places. Not so near to restaurants, I'd recommend bringing some food. I cooked my own simple meals and enjoyed the views while I ate.

Paria Sage Casitas was where we stayed five days toward the last segment of our three-week road trip in April through southern Utah and northern Arizona. It was our base to explore and hike several areas nearby, including southern parts of the Escalante Grand Staircase, Glen Canyon and Vermilion Cliffs, and excursions to both Page and Kanob for exploring and hiking and dining. Must say we took full advantage of relative close proximity of the Casita to many of the surrounding areas of wonders. Can't say enough about Sarah and Terry, proud owners, for their friendliness, hospitality and local knowledge. Casita is a one bedroom B&B with living room, dining room and kitchen, set in a beautiful, tranquil and open space with flowers, birds, sky full of stars and irresistible charm. For dinner, you need to find a restaurant or grocery store in nearby towns a bit more than a half hour-drive away, and Sara will remind you of all this. As we were leaving, we told Sarah and Terry that we leave with fond memories and would love to return, and that I will write a review.

Very friendly and accommodating owners. Beautiful night sky veiws. Wake up to beautiful mountain veiws. Centrality located between all areas of interest.
