This casino was a fun place to go while in Yuma. We really enjoyed it. The only suggestion I would give them is to explain the players club information just a little more in detail, because this is a sister property and we thought if we played at both our points would be good for the qualifier to get free play, but we found out after the fact and didn’t get the free-play we thought we were going to qualify for by playing a certain amount in 24hours. We went home really disappointed. 😢

The casino is what's expected for casino. The Cove Restaurant is ridiculous. If you order food to go, they are supposed to call out your order number over the loud speaker. That DOES NOT HAPPEN like it should. More than once, we found out our food was sitting for quite some time. We had to go ask about the order. The Restaurant is the most dysfunctional place I've been to. I worked in the restaurant business for many, many years, so I know first hand how things should be done. I'd fire the entire floor and front restaurant desk employees. The kitchen does an awesome job!!

On 17 Feb 2025, I attended Paradise Casino restaurant for their Monday Spaghetti Special, my friend told me about how he orders an extra side of meat sauce for 50 cents, so we both ordered extra meat sauce and we're charged exactly that. Yesterday, 24 Feb 2024, 7 of us returned to the casino for the Monday Spaghetti Special, we were asked how many in our party. There were 7 of us checking in and the 7th person was parking their vehicle. There were three or four staff at the check-in location and the female staff member who was interacting with us told us they would NOT SEAT US until that 7th person was actually there. It should be noted that 90% of the tables in the restaurant were EMPTY at the time, the staff member was rude and authoritative in attitude. We all ordered the Spaghetti Special and ordered the extra side of meat sauce, when we got our checks, we were all charged $3.75 per side order instead of 50 cents that was always charged on previous visits. We asked to speak to a manager, we explained the issue to the female Manager about the pricing disparity, she stood her ground and stated the $3.75 charge for the side of sauce is ALWAYS charged the same as a bowl of soup. Then our server, took our checks back, came back and stated she gave us a discount, which worked out to 50 cents per side order, so we each were still charged $3 for each side order, instead of 50 cents as charged on previous visits. The issue is, the Manager should have honored the previous pricing experience of 50 cents per side order, to provide an excellent customer service experience and could have stated that the price for the side order on future visits would be $3.75, but she did not. With the exception of one female staff member, who was not even our server, NONE OF THE STAFF in this restaurant delivered a positive customer service experience, as a customers, we felt like we were an inconvenience. Food service is MORE THAN JUST FOOD, we can get Spaghetti anywhere, we won't be back because of the customer service experience and the pricing inconsistencies.

We went there for breakfast one early morning, so it was still pretty quiet. The service was prompt, and the food was pretty good. Unfortunately, I didn't get what I asked for, but never the less, it was cooked perfectly, and it was delicious. (The reason I didn't complain)
Will certainly go again!

We stayed here in our camper van for $10/night. Overnight area is huge, flat, well lit, safe. NO SMOKING in the casino, what a relief. Get your camping pass in the gift shop. Staff was friendly. Dinner in the Cove restaurant was more than adequate, but think coffee shop, not high end, and you'll be fine.

Only problem was a big rig parked right behind us late at night and ran their diesel engine all night. They could have parked anywhere else but chose to be near other campers, grrrr. Not the casinos fault but I doubt they would have or enforce quiet hours.

I want to give my deepest sympathy to all the Paradise Casino security for making sure I was safe and comfortable.. Security showed me hospitality and a time to remember. The next time I visit Yuma Arizona I'll make sure to catch up with these guys.. Great team of train professionals.. I give them more stars if I can.
