I entered the store to pickup my order. There were two Doordash drivers waiting. My order was ready to be picked up. I told the worker my name and asked about my order. He preceeded to ask the other two customers about their orders. He told one that it would be a while. He then went and made the other order and told me that mine was ready and sitting there. I waited an additional 10 - 15 minutes for him to make the other customers otder and check them out, before he handed me my order. The other two customers laughed and shook their heads. Customer service is extremely important. Yesterday the service that I received was horrible. Plus the toppings were just piled on my pizza. Not evenly spread over it. FYI: I drove over 45 minutes round trip for this service.

Worst Pizza I've ever had. Ordered pick-up, App said ready in 15 to 25 minutes. Showed up 15 minutes later, and the Pizza and Cinnamon Bites were ready, 5 minute drive home. The pizza crust was soggy, the sauce was pretty much tasteless, and it was already cold. When this place first opened the food quality was great, and then, within months, it went downhill. We gave them a second chance tonight and will not go back. Now I understand why the place was empty on a Saturday night. One positive is the Cinnamon Bites, they were good. Probably pre-made elsewhere lol

Wings are never sauced. Just lightly coated and when you ask for more you’re met with “ you just have to toss it around “ when the sauce has literally melted into the bottom of the box.
My garlic sauce was opened and I was told ‘ well it wasn’t like that when I handed it to you ‘ even though I never even went inside with my order && clearly didn’t open it in front of her.
Hold times are 20+ minutes and anything over the phone feels super rushed despite never really ever being busy. Needs a lot of help. Used to love the wings but it’s gone way downhill.

The cashier didn't understand my initial order request due to her distractions towards the other two employees' conversation. I had to settle with an unwanted basic three topping rather than a specialty pizza. She didn't even get it when I asked her for a side order of the new Spicy Pepperoni Rolls. Upon giving me my complete prepared order, after I was able to properly review the finished product, the pizza dough was not fully done and I could see where a cutter was used, but the slices were far from cut evenly through. I had to use my own cutter to finish the job. One employee was seemingly more interested in assistance towards the other in their clocking in and out of the system. To make matters more alarming, the most recent health score was an 88 and conducted only a week prior to my visit. The marks scored were highly avoidable and just because of careless error by careless employees. I am positive that was my last visit to this location. The business is +/- one year in business and should be doing better.

I gave it 4 stars because my wife had to use the latrine very badly. She asked the employee if she could use the latrine and was told it is not used for public usage. And this is after we had made a 50 dollar order. Place was clean and neat employees were very nice mannered. But needless to say they have lost my business there. 1st time ever using that papa John's pizza. If anyone receiving service from OPP, ALABAMA, papa John's pizza do not ask to use there latrine. Your patronage there is not appreciated.

My husband and I were excited about getting Papa John's because we love Papa John's pizza but the pizza we received was not as expected. The bottom of the pizza was burnt, and it had lumps in the dough because they probably didn't poke holes in the dough as it bakes. I gave 2 stars because the service was okay and the toppings were good although there were very few but the crust was not. We also noticed the carry out person holding the pizza upright and we were glad that wasn't our pizza.

Pizza was poorly made .. lacking sauce.. tasted old and stale but it was hot .
. No clue why..
The cashier was constantly eating chips ,from next to the cash register..I didn't see her wash her hands . Between eating and fixing the Pizzas.. no hair net or masks.. last time going here..
