Food quantity is lacking compared to what you pay. I had the turkey avocado BLT and it tasted ok but there was literally 2 slices of bacon on the whole sandwich, maybe a 3rd of an avocado and very little turkey. Not a very good value for the money.

By mistake, I ordered food from the Decatur, Illinois store instead of the Decatur, Alabama store. The very ice staff at the Alabama store not only did not charge me for the mistake, they also gave me a free bagel.

Great costumer service I just hate not knowing what to order ?
I guess they need an update on their furniture
Got there Sunday for a quick breakfast and got surprised with a green paper on the door saying close until further notice ?
After this day Panera it's open I don't know what happened that day that I went there I really like to visit this place I love the warm bowls and the oatmeal ?

I was at Panera this afternoon (I'm there all the time) and today I had an especially amazing day thanks to Daniel!!! He went out of his way to make a whole new batch of my favorite drink (even though they were out) and was just all around helpful and kind!!! Thank you Daniel!

There's never a bad day at Panera, especially during the winter when the squash soup is on the menu! The "pick two" menu option is always my favorite as I can get one of the great soups + the Fuji apple salad, which I love. My lunch date got the wild rice "soup" which was thick enough to be a stew. It surprised her, but she said it tasted great.

The restaurant was really clean, the service was super prompt, and we had a very enjoyable lunch. In fact, we chatted so long that I got hungry again and went back for the pecan pastry which was like a decadent Pop Tart, LOL! Definitely getting that again.

Food flavor was decent, I had the soup and my wife got a sandwich. The portion size is pretty small. We were going to each share with the other. The soup was Loaded Potatoe in the Bread Bowl and their were 4 spoon fulls and that was all... The sandwich was the Roasted Turkey, Avacado BLT Whole. This was more bread than anything and I just finished my soup and bread and left my wife to her lunch bread. She said that it was tasty but she had to hunt down and add mayo to the sandwich to make the flavor for her... I also tried the Iced Caffee Mocha, zero complaints their... flavor size etc, it was a fantastic espresso drink!

Kind of pricey, but fairly good food. Sad they no longer serve the pizzas or the cranberry orange muffins.
