I came in there yesterday for the first (and only time) for a pick up order. There was a child running the cash register. He couldn’t have been older than 10. The lady in front of me needed soy sauce and this child’s mother started immediately SCREAMING at him to get the sauce put in the boxes so he handed me my card back after swiping it and began doing that. His mother then came to the card reader STILL screaming at him saying he was “doing too much at the same time” because my transaction didn’t finish. She was seriously SCREAMING. She told him “don’t get pissed”. This kid was literally trying his best for her FREE LABOR. I told him he was doing a great job. It was the most uncomfortable I have ever been in a restaurant and I fully believe they need to be reported to someone. Please do not support a business that treats their children like this in PUBLIC—imagine how he is being treated in private. I am disgusted. I will never again support this business, and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same.

They have good food but I always get the Mongolian chicken but they put WAY too much onions on it and a couple pieces of chicken like it’s rounded in onions alone when it should be chicken. And lady had a real bad attitude to me but nice to other people ?

The food here is pretty much always good. Not the best chinese food but good. Orders are done fast so wait time isnt a problem. The building isnt the best but it serves its purpose. Only 1 restroom. This would be a good sit down restaurant if it were in a better building, but its been in business here for many years and is quite busy.

Food was good and good portions but the service was terrible. The lady was on the phone talking loudly the whole time. She never asked for my order so I tried to tell her what I wanted in between her talking. She stayed on the phone the entire time, talking loudly. It may be a cultural difference, but good service etiquette would be to put your personal phone call on hold while you attend to a paying customer. And maybe act like you appreciate their business with a polite expression.
