I am temporarily staying here. Based on reviews I was concerned. But what I found out was that the new property manager is and has been working on cleaning up the place. The prices are very reasonable, the property manager is very polite, and offers to help with any concerns. The park is pretty quiet, has all hook ups on most sites/lots. Laundry is in the process of being fixed. Desert landscape. I can't complain overall.

My experience at Palms Mobile Home and RV in the beginning when I first moved in, initially felt horrible because of the appearance of the location. At first arrival, since I am used to staying at really nice RV sites, I felt this place was neglected and run down. Over the duration of my stay here my opinion surly has changed. The staff have over time have really been trying to clean up the sites. They are so willing to help you with anything. I am going on 10 months here now and it has been nothing short of excellent and safe. The friendly and accommodating staff, availability of decent spots, proximity to nearby stores, ongoing improvements, and commitment to cleanliness all contributed to a memorable stay. Initially I would have never recommend to stay here only on looks, but over my time here I recommend Palms Mobile Home and RV to anyone seeking a short or long term stay.. I will definitely be returning in the future.

They advertise wi fi but it is not strong enough to use. They advertise showers but there were none. lots of road noise. train noise. there was a good Mexican restaurant within walking distance.

Ive been residing here for the past 2 months and its a quiet place to live in. There is party music on the weekend but neighbors are aware of their cut off time. The mgrs are very friendly and very usefull when it comes for inf you need.
Small little town but its a turist pass thru town so do expect much. gas prices a bit higher than your regular ordinary livein city!
Couple of fast food rest we do miss is KFC, or Churches chicken, chinese food and no donuts little shops here either so yeah!!! 😏

We got a reservation online, pulled in after driving 12 hours to find there were no available spots. And every other rv park in the vicinity was either booked or the office was closed. so we had to drive further to find a rest area we could park at for the night. We’re traveling and only paid for this site so we could get water and plan our next stops using the electric and wifi. Instead, we had to buy gallons of water at a truck stop just to make it through the night.

On top of all of that this place is disgusting. The roads are full of huge potholes and everything looks extremely rundown and poorly kept.

Honestly I wish there was more I could do to explain how horrid this experience was.

Very run down and dirty. It's a mobile home park with empty sites that they rent for short term rv use, sites are covered with nails and broken glass. Dogs barking constantly, suspicious activity, lots of cars coming and going. Only stayed 1 night, price was right but reflects the conditions. Will pass by next time.

We stayed here with our RV for three months while working a local outage. They are actively working to clean the place up and it shows in just the three months we were there. I was quite leery about staying to start, but we had absolutely zero trouble the entire time. I would definitely stay again if our work takes us back to Gila Bend.

This is NOT an RV park. It is a trailer park. It took forever for the owner to get there and show us our site. The site was down the street and in the back between two dilapidated trailers. It was very trashy all around. They said that they are trying to transition. It would be wise for them to shut down until that happens. We did not feel safe and felt like we were greatly mislead. Asked for my money back which they assured me they would and we left to go find another campground.
