Nice restaurant tucked away in Peachtree city. Menu has a variety of food for meat eaters and non meat eaters. Staff was very nice and helpful offering suggestions on dishes constantly checked on my table throughout my meal. There is a patio area if you like to dine outside. Restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated.

Our first time here was phenomenal! From the time we walked in, everyone was so attentive and friendly. The atmosphere was so down to earth, you can tell the employees here actually have a relationship and work well together. The bartender (I believe his name was Patrick) provided THE BEST customer service I've ever had at an establishment. He was full of energy, knowledgeable about the menu, and very attentive to our table. The manager James and the female owner were also very kind and approachable. The food was a 10/10, literally everything we ordered was SO good, even down to the salad. If you haven't had their brisket stroganoff and their dessert waffle you're truly missing out. We will definitely return!

Excellent burgers. The Brisket stroganoff chef's special was delicious. Only thing to be improved is the very small parking area, but other than that it's a perfect place for your lunch and dinner

My wife and I decided to try this place last night after reading all the great reviews. The food was fantastic but our waiter needs to do something else with his life. He checked on us ONCE our ENTIRE time here. He came after about 20 minutes to let us know our drinks weren't ready yet (Saturday night at 7:30). After that we never saw him again except for food delivery and bringing the check. My wife ordered a hard cider and he brought it to the table without a glass. So we had to wait to catch him to ask for a glass, which took another five minutes to get. My wife thanked him for the glass which he gave no response to. She left the empty can table's edge for him to collect and after he passed our table 12 times (we counted) she just put the can on a nearby counter top. Then, after the food came we needed more than our one napkin and after stopping him walking by, he brought us more without any response after thanking him. He continually walked past us throughout our time here without asking us a single thing or checking on us for refills, "is everything okay," etc. NOTHING. So this would be a five star review but because of our inept waiter I give the two stars. A restaurant should have it's A-team on hand for a busy Saturday night. This guy is more fit to flip burgers at McDonalds. We won't be back.

Update 4/06: Okay, we decided to give this place another chance after one of the owners contacted us. This experience was much better, service-wise. Our waitress was very pleasant and attentive, but as with our last visit she didn't check on us after the food was delivered. She did check on us after the appetizer came out, but after the dinner came out she did not. She asked us if we needed anything else when she brought the meal and then didn't come back until she noticed my empty plate. So just that one little blemish is not a big deal. The food was awesome, but I though there was way too much sauce with my grilled salmon (see pic). A drizzle of it would have been much better. Now, I am highly concerned though after seeing another post that their health inspection score was a 70! I looked it up and that is true, unfortunately. That is very problematic. A score of 70 is 100% unacceptable, period. I am shocked to say the least. We never dine anywhere if the score is below a 90, but forgot to check this place. A score like that could make someone sick. Maybe that is why it was much less busy that the previous Saturday night (?). It's a nice restaurant with a fabulous outdoor patio. I certainly hope that there was an earth-shattering shake-up in the kitchen after that score back in February. A 70... I sure hope you guys can get your act together. We'll come back again after your score gets back into the 90s, where it should be.

My first visit was for early dinner on Friday night, and I was dumbfounded that the parking lot was already full. The young ladies at the door made me immediately feel welcome and seated me right away. I had the Fried Green Tomatoes and the Palmer's Angus Burger topped with sautéed mushrooms, which were both good and reasonably priced.
My server, Kelsi, was spot-on with service even though the restaurant was packed, and she had quite a few tables. She was both amiable and attentive, which was great! I opted for the seasonal Strawberry Shortcake dessert, which was very good.
The crowd size and cheerful atmosphere reflects that customer satisfaction is good!

The ambiance is basic, but okay. The food is good. The staff are nice and personable, but not exactly timely. You can get an onion ring on top of one of the burgers, but you can't order a side of onion rings. What? Don't sit at the bar seats near the door to outside seating unless you like wind storms. Every time the door opens a burst of cold air comes in right at you.

I had a wonderful time at Palmer’s this weekend with my husband. The service was exceptional, and Jessica, our server, was amazing. She made me feel comfortable despite my dietary restrictions and ensured all my needs were met.

The food was just as impressive. My husband had the Big Mike burger with fries, and I enjoyed the chopped salad with ribeye and a side of carrots. Both the ribeye and burger were cooked perfectly—medium, as requested. My only critique was a lack of salt, but that can easily be requested at the table.

We did have a small issue with a side dish containing bacon and cheese, which I hadn’t realized. The staff handled it graciously, removing it from the bill and offering alternatives, ultimately replacing it with something that suited my diet.

Palmer’s went above and beyond, with multiple staff members checking in to ensure everything was perfect. First impressions matter, and they far exceeded my expectations.
