We had a wonderful experience at Palmera! The location in Hilton Head is absolutely beautiful and perfect for families, with so much to do in the area. The resort itself is fantastic – the pool, splash pad, and activity center are ideal for kids, and the fitness center has top-notch equipment for any enthusiast.

The presentation was incredibly informative, and every question we had was answered thoroughly. While investing isn’t the right move for us at this time, the opportunity is very appealing.

Overall, Palmera is a great place for families looking for a relaxing yet activity-filled getaway. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re considering Hilton Head!

It was a pleasure meeting Natalie. She was Professional, informative, personal & knowledgeable about every aspect of the Timeshare. She took her time answering all of our questions & concerns. Loved her presentation! Natalie took us on a tour and showed us multiple timeshare's which were beautiful . We loved the layout & interior designs . She showed us how to get to the beach, access to good restaurants, shopping stores & evening Entertainment. It’s a good program I just don’t like being pressured into buying property in one day. It makes you think … there some type of trick the company is trying to pull. I wanted to discuss the deal with my dad since I’m not married & I just recently bought a house. The gentleman who was helping her made me feel pressured. Especially stating that we cannot get our 100.00 Visa card that day if we don’t seal the deal now and come back the next day. Consumers need a few days to discuss such a big purchase . It’s not Casino!

My sales representative was AMAZING! She was very patient with all of my questions and she carefully explained our options. She was personable and relatable. We chose not to sign up at this time (in part because of an insensitive comment made by the manager). This does NOT reflect in any way on our sales representative though! Good job!

The hospitality of the staff made our check-in seamless & our barbeque a success. The two floor space provided ample accommodation to feel like home.Breakfast was great ,eggs, bagels, cereal, coffee, fruit, muffins,coffee,oj etc...

Laura was kind, non-threatening and professional. She was very helpful with things to do on the island and how the vacation club worked. Even though it wasn’t a good fit for us, she had integrity and accepted our decision with grace. We actually spent 1 enjoyable hour with her and got a gift card, some island cash and some coffee and stacks for our time. We appreciated the information and hope Laura is your person when you attend the presentation.
