I booked their fall special to bring my RV for 3 months. At time of booking and sending my deposit the price advertised online was $1500. After booking they changed the price to $1650. They would do nothing about it. As a protective buyer this put a very sour taste in my mouth. It was only $50 per month but it's bad business. The lady who booked me completely agreed and said she'd pass it on to management. Crickets since.||The park itself is great. Amenities are outstanding. Only complaint is the pools could be warmer and the pool areas close unnecessarily at 9pm. Pickleball is outstanding which is why I came. Golf course is fun but greens could be better. A membership option would be nice too.

We are renting a “Premium” 1 bedroom cottage for the month of November. We wanted to try this resort out to see if we are interested in staying long term. The cottage we checked into had no air conditioning, microwave door is falling off, ice maker doesn’t work, one Tv doesn’t work, the furniture is so old and small, bed is terrible and generally it is so run down they need to just replace everything. We have tried for 5 days to get air conditioning and were told today that it will be 2 weeks because of the holidays, really what holidays. They told us our only option is to move. The issue being that I am physically unable to help my husband move so he will be doing it alone. The replacement is just as run down but at least the air conditioning works. We are waiting for someone to clean all the bird poop off of the steps, driveway etc so hopefully that gets done so we can move. You pay a premium to stay here and it’s not worth it. The golf course and dog agility are not open It’s like they forgot that people would be coming and are not prepared. Overall a big disappointment and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Beautiful, clean rooms, convenient location, great and friendly staff. We got in late and left early and the entire staff accommodated our every need. Truly enjoyed our stay! Looking forward to staying here again and visiting more locations.

There is no place quite like Palm Creek especially if you’re a pickleball player! But, you don’t HAVE to play pickleball to have a great time in this great community!! There are PLENTY of other things to do!! Cone check it out!!

The place itself is nice, but the staff is lacking tremendously in customer service. Specifically in guest services, the women working there are very rude and condescending. Very sad to see in this day and age.

Recently, I had the pleasure of visiting my parents at Palm Creek, and I must say, the experience far exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and friendliness of the community were palpable, making us feel welcome and at ease.

We had a fantastic time exploring what the park had to offer, especially enjoying the pool, corn hole, and ping pong. These facilities were well-maintained, providing endless entertainment and relaxation opportunities.

What stood out the most during our visit was the sense of camaraderie among the residents and guests. Everyone was incredibly friendly, going out of their way to greet us and make us feel part of the community. It's rare to find such a universally welcoming atmosphere, and it truly made our stay memorable.

My parents have been raving about Palm Creek, and now I understand why. It offers more than just a place to live; it provides a lifestyle filled with joy, activity, and friendship. Whether you're considering a visit or looking for a place that feels like home, Palm Creek is a destination that should be at the top of your list.

This is an active living resort with so many amenities and activities. The resort is clean and very attractive. The staff is both professional and friendly. I imagine when it was built it was quieter but the road traffic on all sides is pretty disconcerting. Expect multiple sirens daily and the helicopter activity at the hospital. Try to book centrally nearer to the clubhouse but away from the pickleball court if noise disturbs you.
