OMG! I can’t say enough about all of the wonderful food Pagani’s provided yesterday for our family party. I’ll start with the service: I called with just 3 days notice and talked to Michael , told him what I had in mind and how many people , he made recommendations on the qty and he was spot on (and by spot on I had plenty for my guests and thank goodness I had leftovers I was able to squirrel away and can’t wait to have again today!); sent my hubby to pick it up and the staff was at the ready with piping hot well sealed pans they loaded into the car, packed in sturdy convenient boxes.
Now the food! It was out of this world homestyle Italian. We ordered chicken parm, baked ziti, Italian meatballs and sausage and peppers everything was amazing. My mother in law is first gen Sicilian and she said it was the best chicken parm she’s had!
Lastly on the pricing, I did see some catering menus online for some local restaurants, but we got a lot more food for the money going with Pagani’s who specializes in catering, OH and they threw in a whole tray of delish bread and butter, was so good!
I can’t wait for another excuse to cater another party! Michael and team were wonderful to work with and talented chefs.

Michael catered a family reunion for me today. My family loved the food especially my aunts that were born and raised in Italy. Michael helped me create the menu and let me reschedule on short notice because of the tropical storm last weekend. Great food. Great service and wait to host a party again!!

Contacted Michael to provide catering for a birthday party with 45 guests on short notice. He was easy to work with and made a number of suggestions to make sure I understood the differences in the Buffet options and what would work best for our needs. Last minute changes were handled easily and professionally. The food was ready on time and was delicious. I would definitely recommend Pagani Caterers and use them in the future as the need arises.
