I paid for my room online for my daughter and 5 of her friends so she could have a peaceful fun time opening her presents. When we arrived the man was so rude. I wanted my money back but since I booked it online it was non refundable. I had to pay a $50 dollar deposit (which I still have not gotten back on my card) and $10 dollars per visitor. So that was an Xtra $50 dollars they did not tell me about when I paid online. The staff was so rude, yelling at young children. It was horrible, smelled so bad in the entire place. The pictures of the rooms are fake. It was dirty and very outdated. I will never ever go there again. Had to pay $165 all together for one night in a disgusting, very uncomfortable environment!

My sister stayed there for one night. At 10:25a.m. She was rushing to get out of the hotel for check out , and fell in the shower. The manager came knocking at 10:55 a.m. saying hurry up! It’s 11:05!! (Which was obviously a lie!)Then she began to explain that she fell, he the said, “whose fault is that”? And told my sister she had 10 mins to leave or her credit card would be charged for another day! Absolutely rude and ridiculous!!!! Be aware!!!!! Especially of the elder community.

Do note that this location requires an additional deposit after booking, I did not notice this in the fine print when I booked via hotels.com. My room was a little worn and dirty but the staff were very kind and accommodating. The bed itself was clean but there were crumbs and random small bits of trash around the room, as well as a full trashcan under our sink. Do not be dissuaded from staying here if you are on a budget; This place is otherwise comfortable. The interior courtyard was the highlight of the decor. If the rooms were a little cleaner and slightly more updated / better maintained, I’d give 5 stars all around. Thank you to the staff for being so kind to me and my family.

Great location. But my room with roaches. Indian lady at the front desk didn't want to refund the ( $50 CASH) deposit. She said that it was too late to get a refund. I have no time to fight over $50.

Me and my husband had already stayed here 1 night last minute kinda thing and everything was all good except after booking a smoking room it said it was a junior suite "with a patio/balcony with a door we can us to walk out onto the PADIO/BALCONY" we book and pay for the room online mind u we alread were told we would need a $50.00 refundable deposit due at check in and returned at check out as long as the room looked as iyt did when we checked in witch was all good no issue with that at all.. everything was ok withbthe room itbwas on the 3rd floor was smoking like i asked for and was told i was going to get since i did pay ahead of time thinking i was getting a smoking room but guess what no flippin balcony to walk out onto like i was told i eould have but hey its 1 night why sweat the small things bed was comfortable we didnt get a ice bucket but hell they gave us the ice bag so we managed lol then we decide to get away for thr weekenf alone tune off phones ya know dnt leave the room the whole weekend so we decided to book here again for the 2 nights so again I get on booking.com reserve and pay for a junior suite smoking room told again biut the $50.00 refundable deposit at check in again fine with that so we get there and again We originally booked a junior suite smoking room again since the first one a few nights earlier we booked wasn't all that bad since it was last min and only 1 night but this time it wss not last min and it was not 1 night. So we get there tell them we had reservations and the front desk lady asked for the $50 deposit and then said also i need $ 7 a night for both nights , so a total of $14 bucks. And mind u qe done paid $145 for the 2 night online then she wants an extra $14 that I dnt get back at check out so after taxes and fees it was roughly $163.00 now I've paid for this smoking junior suite for 2 nights plus the $50 refundable deposit i done now gave this hotel .. then this lady looks strait at and says oh and u booked a smoking junior suite right i said yes i did she proceeds to tell me well we have no more smoking suites so i put u on the ground floor with a back door leading out to the pool (wich is closed cause its cold) so u can smoke out there just make sure u close the door so the smoke dnt come back into the room and u loose ur deposit. I look at the lady like she is strait crazy women i paid online was told i got a smoking room then u charge me some weird 7 dollar fee i never head of per day and then tell me u cant even Accommodate a smoking room like i paid for. .

The woman who was working when we checked in was very kind and helpful. The room was big but lacked furniture. The overall interior was nice and quiet. We stayed 2 nights but never saw housekeeping. And don't use your card to pay for the deposit. I was initially told I would get my deposit back 3 to 4 days after leaving. After a week, with no deposit refunded, I had to go back a inquire about it. I was then told, they hold it for 7 days!? Now it's been 8 business days and no deposit. We left the room with little trash, mainly because there was no more trash bags in the room. Don't stay here unless you're paying cash. $50 is alot of money. Now it's just gone. Never staying there again.

There are bugs crawling everywhere and the ceiling in the restroom has mold it’s really nasty! I don’t recommend staying here!! Location is great but rooms are nasty even tho they look clean they aren’t lady at front desk was really rude and charged us extra
