I stayed at the oyo hotel on Garrett Rd a couple of weeks ago. The hotel is old and needs to be remodeled. Looks nothing like the pictures online. The room had roaches and when leaving I found bedbugs. If course no refund. I should have just let it go and stayed at one of the hotels on either side of this one. Will never stay there again. The people who were staying there look like they rent there week to week or month to month

Bedbugs all over the beds, the beds had literal bloodstains all over the beds, curtain, and floor. The entry door is broken and is easily pushed in. The bathroom door is DESTROYED. TV didn't work, there was a box of white claw in the mini fridge and a McDonald's burger.

door to restroom has holes , vent under counter just outside bathroom mangled and rusty.Paint on walls dabbed with unmatched color of paint. Electrical box with no cover beside bed. Found long hair on tub--I have short hair. Wish there was a way to NOT give any"stars" in a rating system.

it's the most worst thing happened to me I Reserved the room online the pictures they posted online for the rooms and the hotel looks alot different than the realty of the actual rooms and the hotel itself very low and bad building and rooms plus no hot water and cockroaches bedbugs it was a very bad experience staying there and I couldn't get my money back because I Reserved it online and the manger was very rude and bad attitude. I advise people not to stay in that place plus alot of homeless I think that place needs to be report it to health department.

Looks good online. So you book a room. When you go to check in there's a sign off to the side that says no refunds or exchanges that when I should of backed out but I gave it a chance and I regret it! Bullet holes all over the room and door. Gang graffiti everywhere, dirty all over not a single spot clean. Towels smell like anhydrous. Blow dryer buttons broke so you will get electricuted. Everything broke included lamp shades, room door held shut with a piece of wood. Floor discolored where what looks to be someone was shot and blood was soaked in. Armed guard had to be by or room for the few hours we stayed cause our safety was at risk!!! And was promised our money back by the manger in 3 days still didn't receive it and now she wanted to argue that we owed money for her to clean the nasty disgusting room we went in for a few hours. When she was informed there was video evidence and would report to the health and safety department she decided to refund me but it will be 3 days again. If not refunded I PROMISE this OYO WILL have an immediate inspection and will be shut down and any other establishment ran by these people! So beware everyone!!!! I have plenty of pictures and videos if anyone would like!!!!!

The place is a dump. About the only saving grace are the beds which werre nice. The theremostat was broken. There were no nightstands. Worse, I lost my wallet there. The still claimed they found nothing, but that day all of my cards sent fraud alerts. Thieves.

Booked a king room online, and the service seemed alright. Made it to the hotel, and I noticed the type of people ( I'm not a very judgemental type of person but I KNOW the type of people that I am more comfortable lingering around a place I'm staying at and these were not them) lingering around the front entrance of the hotel. But like I said, I'm not a judgemental type of person so I proceeded to book in for the reservation I had made online. The person behind the front desk was totally in complete disregard to the misunderstanding we were having about the fact I paid already and he said I hadn't. After the misunderstanding was straightened out, everything seemed fine. The room he first sent me to wasn't even put together, the mattress was against the was and the room was tore up. Fine, I'm understanding the fact that they're remodeling. But it's a non smoking hotel that reaked of cigarette smoke. And the room I got upstairs seemed okay before I actually got inside it. The window was broken and taped together. The curtains didn't even close all the way. But I STILL was willing to look past it. But what got me the most, as I'm laying down I noticed something biting me. I turned the light on and SURE ENOUGH. bed bugs 😧. I'm sorry. But 64 dollars a night PLUS a 50 dollar deposit. Hell no, not worth it AT ALL.

It was horrible. The outside looked like a trap house. Things were falling apart on the outside. When I got to my room, there was several stab marks in my door. There was no power that work inside the TV didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work. I wasn’t even there five minutes and I got my deposit back not worth The headache.
