I wish there was a ZERO or NEGATIVE star so I can give this place those ratings. Never in my life had I ever been in such a wreck. This place is exactly like how it is from a horror film. It is unbelievable. The place is messed up inside, from wrecked furniture and appliances to unclean linen and towels with spot stains, bathroom door that can’t be locked.
I picked this place because I was traveling at night and I found the cheapest place and stopped in. Made the mistake of not checking up on the reviews. My mistake that will never happen again for trusting a hospitality motel to ensure the health and well being of its customers. Never again.
We also ask to look inside the motel first, but the front desk said he was too busy to show us. Be warn, they will not refund. Cops were called and they couldn’t do anything because of the fine print we signed. There were a few other unsatisfied customers asking for a different room or refund but were told they can’t.
Bug crawling on the walls as well.
Would I stay here again? No, only if I was shooting a horror movie here.

This person asking everyone in the comment to call them back to get a refund or is sorry we had to experience this, need to do more. You know you have an issue, yet you wait for the damage to be done and answer our review only? That is why you have so much issue and bad review. Don’t react to issues, start preventing issues.

I give this a negative 3 rating
charged additional $75 and stated booking.com did not pay them in full so I had to. Spoke with booking.com and they said they paid it, but I couldn’t check in until I paid it.
Went to my and it looked and smelt like a crime scene. I decided then not to stay despite the 625.00 loss and called booking.com to report it . I sat my luggage on the bed to make the call and w/in 5 min I looked over at my luggage and saw 4 bed bugs crawling towards my luggage.
In all my years in traveling I have never seen a location as horrendous as the one and hope I never see anything that could challenge their horror. This place need to be closed.

I wish I had time to read reviews while driving. I spent a total of 10 minutes in a total of 3 rooms in this place! First room the bed was full of gross spots ALLL OVER IT! Went to the bathroom my husband killed a roach, no toilet paper or towels. Also the door has been kicked in multiple times based on the look of it. Second room hadn’t been cleaned at all sheets still messed up from the last person. Final chance was the same as the first. Spots all over the ONLY sheet on the bed. We immediately got that CASH deposit(that of course I had to go somewhere else to get because no mention of that) back and was told I had to get approval from someone the next morning for a refund!! What the heck?! I spent no time there not should any person ever spend a single night in this hotel. It needs a vat of bleach and some good scrub brushes!! I’ve stayed in cheap older hotels before but they were at least CLEAN!!

unfortunately, I am forced to leave this review to warn others. I am a single student who needed to be in the area for a few days. I paid for 4 nights and only stayed 2. I checked out the second day after discovering my entire body is ate up with bed bug bites. After looking better, there’s bugs all in the room I was in. I was being cool about the other problems with my stay, until this. The floor outside of my bathroom would flood after using the shower, resulting in soaking wet carpet. (I’m assuming this is why my room (228) smelled awful like feet or body odor) Wasn’t offered a refund for the nights I didn’t stay and was only told “sorry, pest control will come”

Positive: The front desk lasy was super nice Negative: It was absolutely filthy. There were stains on the bed, still trashing the floor from the previous people and mold above the door. And also found dead bedbug shells.

I paid for one night at this location however tye heater was not working so I had to check out immediately within about five minutes and then went to the next hotel extended stay and paid again. I requested my $50 cash deposit which they returned but they refused to return my $50 for staying at the hotel. I went back-and-forth on email and nothing was given back this hotel needs to be maintained well I will post the photos of the window with peppers in window windows. I don’t know why with tape I think to stop the air wind come through. It was very cold and the AC was blowing cold air. It was freezing and all I needed was a warm room

Literal definition of a roach motel. I wish I could get my money back.
Keep your bags in a trash bag or in your trunk.
Stains on the bed.
Door looks like it could be open by tripping into it.
In the end. You get what you pay for in life.

The room was extremely dirty. The towels smelled clean but were so stained up and dingy. The sheets were most definitely NOT clean. There were bodily fluids on the sheets and the pillows smelled like stale cigarette smoke. And when I pulled the sheets back to check the bed there were bed bug shells and dead bed bugs still on the mattress.
