Rooms are falling apart and dirty, and I am not a picky person when it comes to hotels. The first room they put me in had no light other than the bathroom- no overhead light, no lamp, nothing. The linens and towels were all threadbare and very stained. I brought in my own blanket, slept on top of it so as not to touch the bed, and stopped at a laundromat to wash my blanket ASAP the next day. The only reason I stayed was bc of how late it was, and the fact that I didn't see any bugs.

Nice clean and affordable. I was up for training at TVA and I had heard this place was recently remodeled. The room was clean and kept clean for my whole stay. I only had one problem. I tried to get in the room and my key didn't work, no big deal, the owners said the battery was probably low in the lock and they called maintenance. Before I could walk back to my room the maintenance man and one of the owners were already there. It's a quiet place and when I come back in a couple of days for another week of training this is where I will stay. Recommend to anyone.

To start, the hotel is in a good location. Close to downtown and the main highway. The staff is friendly and very professional. The room I had was clean and mostly finished.

Now, the hotel is under renovation, not everything was up to par here, so I'm not going to bother with what was wrong due to that fact.

However, I will mention this. The rates are the best you'll find in this town but there's a couple of catches: 1) $100 security deposit which is refunded after you check out. I know most hotels have a deposit at check in but the $100 seemed really steep for what I was getting. 2) If you book your room for 5 nights and leave early, they will not refund the days you don't use. Those reasons is why I'm giving this place 4 stars.

I wish I didn't have to rate this. It deserves a zero or to be shut down. My air conditioner felt like it was on 85. I complained they said they couldn't do anything. The shower water was no where near warm water you might as well froze to death. My bed had evidence of bedbugs and there was a tick on my bathroom counter. When I complained she said " no you have mistake I have terminator every month"... also the websites says they have a pool... they do not!!!

The room was clean. The bed was comfy. Could of used a couple more pillows. The air conditioner worked well. Shampoo, Soap, lotion, toilet paper were all furnished. There were plenty of towels and wash clothes. There was a flat screen tv with cable. There was WiFi but I never connected to it. There was a microwave and a mini fridge. I didn’t use either so I’m not sure if they were both working or not. For the price, you can’t beat it. (I had to pay $100 deposit, and I’m not sure if I’m getting that back or not. I’m gonna check into it. Paid with my card, so I’m hoping the $100 hold comes off)

Worst place I have ever seen. Mirror was nasty. Toilet had urine on it. Walls has stuff wiped on them. Room has not been clean. Bed was caving in and had holes in the blanket. Microwave had cheese melted in it. Bee hive right out the door in plan view. Booking was for a queen bed and we got a full size. Again worst place ever.

The rooms are in very poor repair. Our kids had dirty feet from just walking on the carpet. Non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke and had cigarette burns in the comforter. Promised fresh coffee in the morning but no one up even at 8:30 . Pool is not functional. No breakfast or ice machine.

Omg ! Aweful. the place is discusting. Unfortunately I rented this place a entire week, only stayed 3 of the 4 nights rented because it was so nasty and about froze to death. The owner knew the heat did not work the first night we stayed, that didnt stop him from taking our wkly payment without telling us it did not work, when I told him I did not want to freeze his response was " nothing I can do tonight " I got sick and so did my son after 1 night there . We also had 2 dogs so the owner said we could pay $100 refundable deposit in addition to the nightly $10 a night for one pet fee instead of paying 2 pet fees, stated we would get the $100 back when he did a walk through with us upon check out and if everything was ok we would get that back, he did not, upon check out which was a day early he stated he said it was a one time deposit non refundable, that was not true but me and my husband already knew he would find a reason to keep the deposit based off the reviews and the guys attitude our entire stay. Told my husband after we froze the first night when he finally came the next day we had to keep the heat on low due to electric cost, the room we rented was what this guy called his suite because it had a stove you could not use in it and a full size fridge with a nasty old cigg burned up couch in a seperate room than the 2 old stained up 2 double beds with cigg burned covers and stained up mattresses and box springs. The place had a horrible smell to it as well . The owner also wants to be able to come in the room YOU paid rent on to snoop around daily and say he has to inspect his property everyday and the rooms have to be serviced daily, everywhere I have ever stayed allows you to NOT be disturbed if you dont want, the owner got into it with my husband because my husband wouldnt let him in one day while he and my son were sleeping and my husband shut the door in his face, I spoke to the owner on the phone that day and let him know we would not be there the next day if he wanted to service the room and inspect it, when we came back the room still had the dirty linens and towells in the floor where I left them for the housekeeper and the floor had been vaccumed and trash taken out but just left the dirty linens on the floor and no made beds left them bare . The water in the shower we had does not get completely hot, the toilet barely flushes. We paid basically $460 bucks to stay in this hotel for 3 nights because we paid for a week and the deposit which was supposed to be refundable but we had to go because we could not stand it any longer than we had no choice but too. Honestly I have never stayed anywhere this unclean Also there is no free breakfast or coffee when we stayed and there is no pool it is no longer there so dont let the pics fool you. I had to rent a place for work and will be in town several weeks and this guy seemed to have the lowest price however I promise you it is def worth a few extra dollars to take your buisness elsewhere !!!!!
