I stayed at this motel for two weeks. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was absolutely amazing. There is nothing bad I can say about my stay here. |Location is 15 mins to the city, 25 mins to Tybee Island, an hour to Hilton Head SC and within 2 miles distance is food, gas, convenience stores. |When traveling on a budget, the Innon17 is a great choice. |I will assuredly stay here again the next time I'm partying in Savannah.

Please spend the extra money and go someplace else. We stayed for 5 nights while checking in we were told our keys were under the doormat. No keys there. Go back again get two keys neither work. Go back again and she has to show us exactly how the keys need to be placed because their system is so finicky. Not a single thing in the room really looked like it had even been wiped down. But yeh know whatever place is cheap 🤷🏼‍♀️ my biggest issue Night one we get back to the hotel neither of the keys are working door is flashing red. No one on site. We call the motel number and are told to be let back in the room we have to pay a $25 lockout fee because it’s our fault the keys don’t work… lol you’re funny. I’m not paying to be let into a room that I payed for because your key system is trash. Housekeeping didn’t stop by a single time in 5 days with new towels or toilet paper or to take the trash out. Oh and we slept really good seeing all the roaches pooping everywhere.

All the problems I had was with Hotels.com. But let me tell you first about the hotel. The only issue I had was the internet was not working. The room looked a bit funky because it had a bright orange blanket and everything in the bathroom was in a basket because there was nothing to hang towels or toilet tissue on. Looks like it is in the process of being renovated. Staff was excellent. But these are the negatives you should know. There is a 50.00 deposit that does not show up on the hotels website. If you get locked out after 9 pm, there is a 20.00 charge to get in the room. If you don't like trains, this might not be the place for you. The train blew its horn several times. I am still waiting for a refund for the deposit, but it sometimes takes a while for that. Hotels.com has really lost it in terms of customer service. They used to be so good but now when I tried to change the date of check in by one day, they wanted to charge me for another night. I went to the hotel and told them what I needed and they changed it without an issue.

This place could be nice if the people that run it, actually take care of it and gave a crap about it. Staff was rude, room was “cleaned” but as you will see from pictures it wasn’t. I didn’t even get the room I actually booked and paid for. I do not recommend staying here. Pay a lil more and go closer downtown.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! I would leave negative stars if I could. First off check the crime rate in this area, it is in one of the highest crime areas in the city! We paid for 4 nights plus they charged us a $50 "refundable" deposit which we never received back! We checked in on a Thursday afternoon and went to the office the following morning to check out because it was so bad! They didn't care at all why we were leaving or that we were leaving. We didn't get a single dime of the $447.42. Not only were we out of pocket $447.42 for a place that misrepresented themselves online, we then had to go pay for a place that was actually safe & clean. Not only is it not a safe area, the inside of the rooms are terrible! There was a crack underneath the door that any small animal could fit under, cats are everywhere, the person next to us had a dog that barked all night, the king size bed looked like a taco because it was sagging in the middle so bad, we couldn't use the light in the bathroom at all because when we did it is connected to the vent in the bathroom and brought in a horrific smell of raw sewage, we had no hand towels, 1 wash cloth, and no floor mat.
I've stayed all over the United States and this is by far the worst place I have ever stayed! The 2 hours I did sleep was with a gun by my head & a chair against the door! If safety, cleanliness, and comfort is a concern/priority DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!

We stayed here for just a few hours before getting on Amtrak. Don't let looks deceive you. The rooms were newly renovated, clean, and quiet. The people at the front desk were very friendly. We had a great little stay at a great rate for Savannah. Definitely recommend.

The rooms were clean and smelled.clean.the place is in a crime area got a room for Two nights only stayed for one the rooms were just OK no where to put anything in the bathroom only one tiny little wastebasket. The key was put under a mat outside in front of the door when we got there and thats a big red flag there is no one there at night in case you need anything.there were ppl walking around I immediately didn't feel comfortable when we arrived I would not recommend this place to any family or law abiding citizens however if you deal drugs and are trying to hide from the law this place would probably do well for you do not recommend this place at all

Motel was fine but when I arrived, after booking online with a nonrefundable reservation, I was told I had to pay a $50 deposit in case I was going to damage the room. I left the next morning before the office opened at 8:30 AM so I was not able to get my deposit back then. I called several times during the day and was finally able to reach someone, give them my credit card information and receive assurances that I would see my deposit returned at some point during the next five days. There was a sign on the toilet that if it clogged while I was staying there they would charge me $500 and another sign noting that if I was locked out of my room between 9 PM and 8:30 AM it would cost me $20. I feel like they were just looking to wring more money out of me at every turn. Plenty of other better options in Savannah. I will not be returning to this place.
