This is a great clean place and the owner does not put up with a rift raft. I will say I booked through a booking agency and was blindsided by the hidden fees at the hotel that the booking agency did not tell me about but it was a 15-dollar pet fee for each pet and it was charged per day other than that a great place. Thanks for a great stay see you guys next time

When I checked in at night the owners wife was rude to no point. I booked through a 3rd party. She ran my c/c like I was purchasing from them directly which threw up a red flag due to my anti-theft and out of town it declined. Gave her my debit card not realizing what she was doing now I was being charged by both parties. Room 120 was disgusting. Old ran down motel trying to stay in business without remodeling. The shower floor is right at the same height as bathroom floor so the water leaked all in the bathroom. It was plum nasty to walk around that area do to water sepage between bathroom and carpet. Unlike any place I stayed in the owner contacted me to try and get All of my debit card info over the phone to give me my $50 deposit back. I've never heard that before. Told him no and that I didn't trust him. HE COULD SALE OR GIVE MY INFO OUT. Normally that should be automatic. No I have to wait till I get back next time in Liberal to go get it in person.

Manager will make up reasons to keep your deposit. He even admitted to searching my room while I was gone and not finding anything to support his accusations. He went so far as to bring other guests into my room. Do not stay here.

I just came here to get my room and he would not honor the room. He is an Indian man and it’s 3:45am and I’ve been driving for 20 hours and he said that even though the internet sold me the room it was to cheap and he won’t honor it and turned me away. I was a young woman traveling alone. Don’t use this place he treated me really bad and it was all because he know it was the middle of the night and he was greedy.

You get what you pay for. There were no bugs. Believe me, I looked. Bed wasn’t for royalty but it was comfortable and I slept great! It wasn’t beautiful but I loved the price & loved the stay. I’ll look for OYO again.

This was an easy, ridiculously affordable stop on my journey home across the country. It’s a very cheap motel, so don’t expect the Ritz Carlton, you get what you pay for. No fluff, but it was a bed to sleep in very close to Dorothy’s House, ideal for someone who wants to save money and just needs a place to pull over and sleep. They processed the return of my deposit at checkout.

We stayed here for one night. The staff was friendly, the room was very clean. The area seemed safe and we liked we could park right outside our room. We will stay here again when we are in the area.

Don't stay here.. they called the cops on us for a service dog. Cops showed up, showed them my paper work and was told they had to give us the room we paid for. Screamed in my face and called me stupid and liar. Then tried to keep our driver license after the cops left.
