NO HOT WATER!!! NO MICROWAVE! NO FRIDGE!
Manager/owner had no idea how to handle hot water &knew about it all day I found out after complaining Much later. This guy has been managing this place for at least a year and still acts like he can't do anything! Barely checked us in from a reservation because I got a discount 3 dollars less then they require to get to stay WTF. And the Smell of Mildew! No room or office amenities like coffee even in the morning. Clerk wanted a $100 deposit for this place!! We did Not comply with that.
The room we got Smelled Strong like MOLD & Mildew like a cellar! This was surprising since they have nice looking Real tile on the floor throughout the room and shower (no bathtub only shower). That should prevent those issues IF PROPERLY CLEANED. With the color of the tile you cannot see right away if it's very dirty or moldy. But it Was. The clerk said it was the only room clean with the 2 queens I needed even though they only had two other guests.. , so this is an issue with their not getting enough staffing. The room also was definitely NOT CLEAN. There was lots of dirt, grime, little things in the corners edges and all over the main floors and Walls (yuck) ; the bathroom toilet was clean, but the floor and shower wass NOT with build up of dirt in every corner of the bathroom and behind the toilet. The shower drain was full of hair and there was hair and Thick Grime all over the shower walls and basin. I could see this despite the camouflage color. Again, this is quality of whoever cleans the rooms which is such s Simple 20 minute job and with tile should be Easy to do Well! I couldn't change hotels at this point in the day and didn't know about the NO HOT WATER until later. I left to buy a powerful cleaner with a mold & mildew killer. I have done that for Many an affordable hotel but at least this one has Nice Real tiled floors and bathroom so it worked Very well. I did clean the entire floor and bath. The floor really needed to be swept first but I couldn't and the desk manager said he didn't know where any of the cleaning stuff was... The white wash rag of theirs I used turned Completely brown. I also wiped the grime off the shower walls and floor and got all the hair out. Disgusting. I cleaned the AC/Heater, which Did have Clean filters (often overlooked). But the Mold Smell seemed to be coming from this the Most. I used a product with antibacterial and anti mold. The bathroom had some smell but it didn't last after drenching it in that bleach based product. As well the toilet seat was loose and looks like they didn't put the screws on right to be able to tighten properly.
I requested a microwave and fridge... All hotels should have these in a room nowadays, microwave for sure. They had no coffee in the room or at the front or any thing like that. The desk person stated only the "executive" rooms have microwave and fridge... But that's not even an option when reserving!!! There is another hotel right across from this one that actually looks like they were once together and it is called "Executive Inn" and apparently this people of India owns it also & this same manager/owner checks it in from this hotel.
I insisted I needed microwave bc I packed for that for snacks. He obliged and we got it an hour or so later after going back to the office to make sure.
If you call them you get a supposed call center, but it sounds like the desk clerk manager and is a Local number and he says he has to check his "manager" for Everything, just like in person. But they didn't call before taking the money from the bank so... whatever.
If you only need to sleep and nothing else and don't worry about getting pneumonia from mold or whatever dirt and don't care if you have Hot water for a shower (!?!*#$@!). Then ok, stay here. It's a WASTE of a hotel that Could be decent place by American standards but they are ruining it. No wonder no one was there and Everyone that came and checked in the night I was there checked out only a short while later, probably because of NO HOT WATER. Sad. Will never stay again.

Do NOT book here.
It is a scam.
Invalid confirmation numbers, no staff at front desk, customer service number doesn’t work.
I am very tech savvy, have booked multiple hotels online so it is not by my error.
Finally spoke to a young lady at the front desk who said she couldn’t do anything and to call customer care, but customer care sends you back to hotel front desk.
Total scam. Ended up staying at the best western about 10 min away. Much better experience there.

Would not recommend! We booked 8 nights on Hotels.com with no problems, extended our stay 7 more nights and we were told they will not accept the booking at the rate we paid online! There was only a $6/night difference between what we paid a booking site and what was listed on the OYO website! This is ridiculous! Either accept the booking website bookings or don’t, don’t pick and choose!!!!!

We pulled in the parking lot to find no cars there. Was this place closed? At registration, the clerk said it would be full later in the evening. Dirty lobby that smelled. The parking lot was full of trash. The whole outside needed a power wash and paint. The rooms were clean, linens decent, bathroom clean. The desk clerk was very helpful when we had to change our room due to a noisy air conditioner. Bed was comfortable. With no other cars in the parking lot all night, the place didn’t feel safe, though it turned out it was. Next morning there were no other cars in the lot. It is an inexpensive motel on Route 66 and the rooms were adequate. With some work on cleaning it up, it could be a nice place. You may want to explore other options in the area.

I'm fighting to get a refund for the night I tried to stay there because I was told that the only room available had no light and the other rooms was dirty so I didn't get to stay I'm never gonna try and stay there again. I wish someone would get a hold of me so I can get my refund .. I called today to talk to someone about it and they hung up on me

The original room we received was not clean at all. Yes the bed was made but upon further review there were stains on the pillowcase and sheets and long black hair. There was dirt, grime and even a nail clipping around the frame of where the bed sat. There was even a chicken nugget behind the side table. The room obviously wasn't cleaned and only the bed was made. The towels had stains on them as well. Yes the room was cheap, but it doesn't take much to at least sweep. We moved to another room, where the AC didn't work. We just ended up sleeping on top of the covers, fully clothed. The lady at the desk was kind and did her best.

I paid on line for 2 rooms and the money was taken out of my account. I show up to check in and they said I didn't pay. I had to pay cash and have yet to receive my money back from on line.

Positive: Location. Nice tile floors and shower. Negative: The beds were too hard and made noise anytime you moved. The towels were thin, and The room had an odor. If you can do without a microwave, coffee maker, or hairdryer then you will be ok.
