I have had the BEST night here. It wasn’t in our plans to end up here but at the end of the long travel day, it seemed to be the only place open with food still being served past 9 PM.
Win!
We head in and grab a seat at the bar, it was pretty empty but looked like Karaoke was being set up. After a few drinks and some opening karaoke with some solid singers, we were forced to look away from the fabulous food (ruby salad, burger med rare, and Mac and chz) to admire the pipes on an older woman singing- no, absolutely *rocking* separate ways by journey. I mean, sitting there dumbfounded, mouth agape at this woman’s vocal range, agility, and power.

Every single following that somehow rocked harder than the last. I got to sing and I heard the small and mighty crowd singing the other part of the song I was singing, it was awesome. The amount of very serious talent in this bar tonight is a little confusing, very inspiring, and so exciting to be a part of. Peak human experience moment for me.

I hope if you come here you have as good a time as I have had, this place is very cool.

This is a bar/pub. Music was playing, not too loud, though, and we could carry on a conversation. Had to go to the bar to order, although there was one other table. I had a buger. It was delicious. The fries were nice and crispy, although my friend said too salty. We got Buffalo wings. They were very tasty. Had a nice sauce and slightly crispy. My friend had street tacos. They were good. We had no problems finding a table and food came out fairly quick.

Absolutely delicious Chicken and waffles the best we ever had! Korean tacos the Reuben and their drinks are delicious!
We have moved from Oregon back down to California. I wish they would bring one down here to Monterey County. Come on down Oxenfrē you do great down here.

Fantastic food, cocktails, and service. Every single part of our order was great. This is exactly what a gastropub should be. And the kids loved it too.

Bar none some of the best food we have ever had! Great flavor, diverse menu and friendly staff. Love that they are a farm to table restaurant, using a lot of local organic ingredients. We only stayed in Brookings for three days and went to eat there two days in a row. Also can't forget the wonderful fresh cocktails! We only live a couple hours away in Humboldt County California and we both have said we would drive up to Brookings just to eat dinner here and then go home it was that good!

Cozy modern atmosphere with a variety of local inspired cocktails and drinks. Small triangle shaped patio almost boasts a view of the ocean. Menu had wholesome hearty food varietals for a price. Vegetarian option was delicious although a bit on the oily side.

I loved this place.. love thier happy hour menu and drinks! There Margarita's are fresh squeezed and so yummy!!! Wish I was there now!.. the bartender was awesome ..I just wish I could remember her name. Food is fresh and tasty.. I think we went there 3 times on my short visit.
