The Gala Event that celebrated the 31st year of 100 Black Men of Tulsa was held in a banquet room here. Very nice.

We have stayed here the past 4 visits to Tulsa to bowl. We love this place so much that our friends traveling with us have started staying here. We will be back here next year for sure. The rooms are clean and spacious, the food is great and priced very well, and the staff all around are super friendly. The casino is large with a large variety of machines and table games to play.

It was a good time and won a little money. But when I went to redeem a free hotel stay at one of their hotels in bartlesville Oklahoma, the front desk clerk or the night manager would not let us check in without a Debet or Credit card. I told them that I had $400 cash on me for a deposit, they said that they don't take cash at night. Since it was pouring down raining and cold at 2 in the morning, we decided to just make the 31/2 hour drive home that night rather wait the 4 hours for a store to open to transfer any money to a card.
That experience boiled the whole trip when exceptions could of been made.

I called today to ask about seating at an upcoming concert. The guy who answered the phone was so rude. He interrupted me and told me he was busy and didn't have time for me! I nicely said I just have a question about seating. He said he didn't care, he was busy, I could go ask anyone else and he was going to hang up on me and that's exactly what he did!!! I called back and reported his behavior and left my name and phone number. I hope they record their phone calls so they can listen to how he acted. Totally uncalled for.

Just needed to rest and this was the place. I recommend a room not close to the entrance because people are in the halls at all times of the night and we're very loud.

The slots are very tight. Played 2 different days and lost both days. There is no free pop and coffee like other casinos. Also several shady patrons walking around the casino floor and parking lot. Saw security driving around the parking lot Friday night, but not on Saturday afternoon

I visited the Osage Casino for a conference and was pleased with the very helpful hotel staff and security. Although I am used to free drinks from the Hard Rock Casino I can say that the food prices were way more reasonable than Hard Rock. I even had a little luck at the machines for once.
