I, along with a few wonderful friends, throughly enjoyed a great lunch here earlier today. The service, food and atmosphere were perfect. Our attentive and highly efficient waitress Wen was absolutely awesome throughout our visit. The food was incredibly fresh, delicious and flavorful. The quantity was plentiful and served quickly. Hats off to the entire staff for making our afternoon so memorable. We will most certainly dine at the Orient Express in the future.

I'm giving it 4 stars only because this is my first time here. I came with 2 of my colleagues and we had a really pleasant lunch experience. The waitress was super sweet and patient with us. She recommended a few items that we actually tried and liked. This restaurant is located in a hotel and it was really nice on the inside. I've never seen an oriental restaurant like this, but I would definitely come back. Everything we had was good and was cooked on order. The food was fresh and did not old taste old.

The food came out quick and well portioned. The braised pork was savory and tender. The sesame chicken was an unappetizing pink color but the taste was okay. The egg drop soup was a little bland. The pork buns were soft and warm. Overall i would come back to try something else, none of the food was bad minor improvements can be done. The waiter was nice and attentive.

Found this place on Google and decided to give it a go. It’s inside Sierra Vista Suites hotel and its really nice! The lobby is extremely clean, the waitress is polite and attentive. The food was excellent!! I got the sweet and sour chicken and my mother got the chicken and broccoli and both were top notch! It was nice and quiet in here on a Sunday with only one other couple eating. Very nice atmosphere with a nice easy to read menu. If you are reading this dont be hesitant to check it out the food, prices and service are all great!

I went for lunch today, there were 7 tables of guest and one waitress named Carmen, she did a fantastic job juggling all of us. Regardless of the situation she served me with a smile and was very kind attentive. I had the edename and the pork wonton soup it was delicious. I have ordered the wonton soup in other Chinese restaurants before, this one had seaweed in it. I liked it but that was new to me. I asked for the soup to be spicy and they accommodated. All in all it was a great and delicious experience.

We tried not to starve to death waiting for our evening meal at Orient Express restaurant. I guess they believe Socrates who said "hunger is the best sauce."
We are visiting an old friend and have gone to different restaurants in Sierra Vista since then and she always mentions how much better they are than this one.
Our meals finally arrived -- one at a time. First my husband's, which he said was good. After about 20 minutes my friend's food reached her. She said it was very much unlike what she thought she'd ordered. It was a few small shrimp and a big plate of broccoli with what she described as inedible carrots. After another lengthy interval my pork ribs showed up. I was hungry. They were dry, not juicy at all. I ate them.
The only reason I have given even a single star to the service there is because the waitperson has beautiful long dreadlocks. We admired them.
I have NO IDEA how the place ever got 4 and half stars. Whoever wrote those reviews were either lying, or thinking of some other place.
