The nurses were very attentive and top-notch in care for my recent stay at Optim Reidsville following knee replacement surgery. This particular night in the hospital is a difficult one with a lot of pain and discomfort. My nighttime nurse was especially helpful and she was very amicable to me. Assured me several times that I was not bothering her and that it is her job to care for me. The CNA’s did their job without any issues and I know I wasn’t the easiest patient with which to deal. Thank you for the excellent experience this time around with your hospital.

I love this hospital so much, I come all the way from Kathleen Ga to have every and any procedure done. When you're there they treat you like family, no issue is to small. Keep up the great work. Dr K. Stevenson is the best.

I was happy with pre surgery prep. Everyone was cordial and anesthesia went well. It must have because one minute I was awake the next minute I was waking up from the surgery and my husband was there. Then we met back up in the room I was going to stay overnight in.
The overnight stay was okay except I was in pain and even though they said let them know and get ahead of the pain they would not administer pain medicine out of a set schedule.
Everyone was basically nice but I sometimes felt like my opinion was not considered.
The food was administered as best as they could due to my dietary issue of no teeth or dentures yet.

In October I had outpatient wrist and elbow surgery. I just had inpatient hip surgery this week and must say that every single person at this facility treated me with the utmost respect, care and kindness. From the lab techs to cna's, nurses, doctors and physical therapists I can't say enough about how wonderful they were. Highly recommend Optim to anyone who needs orthopedic services. Thank you all, I hope not to need a return visit, but if I do, I feel confident that my needs will be met above and beyond any other hospital I've been to.

This Medical Center is Absolutely Amazing! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They are also very caring and supportive. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing orthopedic care!

Staff was professional and accommodating from start to finish. Team put me at ease and explained everything that was going to happen. 2nd procedure at Optim Surgery Center and they keep getting better, but I’m thankfully out of hips to replace!

Best care anywhere! From check in to check out, everything in between. And the follow up is amazing as they call multiple times after you go home to check on you and your progress. I was 100% pleased with interactions, in all departments.

If you need a Band-Aid or a Tylenol for a headache this is the hospital for you. But if you have a loved one that is projectile vomiting and having intense diarrhea at the same time along with a high fever do not go here! He was given the equivalent of Dramamine and told to go see his primary care doctor, we are now on the way to Savannah to hopefully get some type of competent health care. The staff excluding one lady which I wish I'd have got her name to give her a real thumbs up for being nice are very rude and dismissive and quite frankly act like all they want is for you to be out the door in the future I would go to a veterinarian first and I promise get better care
