This place was so amazingly beautiful. Went on vacation with my family here this month and it was like a dream. We stayed at the Villas and there was easy access to the beach. The views were out of this world. The breakfast buffet was so delicious and the guy who ran the omelette station (Odin) was extremely friendly and his eggs were awesome. There were so many restaurants on site, the pool and hot tub was right next the ocean where we got fantastic frozen drinks, the bike and golf carts were awesome and I could go on and on.

Wonderful location and many amenities await you at this property. The staff is excellent and the food and beverage was terrific - some of the best meeting food we have every experienced.
Unfortunately, the maintenance of this property leaves MUCH to be desired. We asked to be moved from our first room because the shower was missing tiles and the room overall was rag-tag. We were then graciously upgraded to a new room. It was better, however see attached pictures. Should you find this in the room of a $500 a night hotel I think not - Additionally, while we understand it's difficult to keep things shiny and new on ocean fronts, other areas of the resort lacked the repair and maintenance attention they need. Kudos to the service staff and F&B department. As to the management in charge of repair and maintenance, Sorry.... You're Fired !!

Beautiful property with outstanding restaurants and impeccable service. Omni Amelia Island-you spoil me. I hold all other hotels to the standard set by Omni Amelia Island. My loyalty ambassador Gerie Clay made sure I got a suite upgrade and had my room decorated for my birthday. We had outstanding meals at Verandah, Bob’s and great pizza from Natural Slice. We received a complimentary s’mores kit and were able to make s’mores with the family in the fireplace on our patio. We explored the incredible property with an Island Hopper we rented from Amelia’s Wheels on property. Highly recommend Omni Amelia Island Resort. Thank you!

As a family with 2 littles, this resort is perfect and we already booked here for our next trip! The hotel rooms are more than nice, but the resort is what you really pay for. The beach access is very easy and the pools are heated, even when it’s cool out. The restaurants give a ton of options, like the falcon’s nest, so it’s not all pricey meals. We rented a golf cart and explored all the nature sights too! The kids loved it! We stayed one night, but plan on staying 3 nights on our next trip. There are a ton of activities for kids and also grill outs and breakfast by the pond. We love it and love that we can relax and make it our own. The staff also were very accommodating. Our kiddos keep talking about it a and we can’t wait to take them back!

We had an amazing first experience at the Omni Amelia Island! Everything and everyone was very nice! Gary was especially wonderful- always going above and beyond to make sure our entire family was well taken care of at the pool! He made sure we had plenty of towels and water and went out of his way to make sure everyone was having a great time! We truly appreciated his friendly, welcoming and accommodating hospitality! We will certainly be back!

On the outside, it looks like a wildly expansive resort. diving into the main lodge, the rooms are very small and dated, yet comfortable. service and staffers are outstanding 5/5! don't kid yourself. It's hard to find your way around. And it's hard to get to this location plan for a drive. the beach is great!

Overall, the staff was great... truly friendly, which took us by surprise. I'm a Lifetime Titanium Member at Marriott and have never had this type of friendliness at any Marriott.|Kelli, in the lobby bar, was especially pleasant and provided extra service to our group... much appreciated and will always remember.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff is very helpful and kept things running smoothly. Clarence R from Honduras is awesome. He provided amazing service and is very friendly. If you get a chance to meet him he will take great care of you and brighten your day.
