For old fashioned country cooking, this place is the best. So many southern style dishes to try. Big salad bar. Lots of fresh veggies and traditionally prepared meals at a good price. Delicious yeast rolls. You can order basic meals for carry-out also. Highly recommend!

This is the best buffet I have ever been to in my life. The food is marvelous, and the catfish is like crack, highly addictive. I would strongly recommend stopping in if you're within 50 miles of Valdosta, GA. It is conveniently located off 75, so if you're coming or going to Florida, hit exit 18 in GA for the best buffet this side the Mississippi.

Our meeting place for my sister from Florida and me from Locust Grove to meet up when my momma goes to visit her in Florida. Halfway for both. Great food and service. Our waitress was amazing. Will be back Tuesday to meet up and bring my precious momma home

If you were looking for affordable food I would say this is the place to go. They definitely have a little bit of everything to offer for somebody. A lot of it is fried food but that is the spirit of southern cooking. If you were not somebody that likes fried food there are definitely other options for you as well. These smoked chicken is really good, and when they have the ribs it is definitely well worth going. I think we're certainly on the weekend though. If you want a place that has a salad bar this definitely does not disappoint. Overall we like this place a lot more than Mama June's as Mama June's is almost always only fried food. We particularly liked the grits, green beans, and potatoe salad. We didn't think the desserts were anything special. But for the price, it is great to get to try everything.

Traveling to Florida we stopped in Valdosta to spend the night and decided to try this buffet and all I can say is this was the best fried chicken and catfish we have ever had! So many delicious vegetables! The banana pudding was amazing! The staff was very friendly and welcoming! Literally everything we tried was just excellent Reminded me of eating at my great granny’s when I was a young girl! Don’t hesitate to stop in and try this gem if you’re in the are!

Not bad. Typical home fare food items. Paid $35 for wife and I. We don't eat enough to make this a regular stop but it's nice to not have to cook. 😁 Baked chicken was dry but was better that way for calories and being heart healthy ❤️. Only splurge item was what I thought was pumpkin pie ... it's a vegetable, right? Turned out to be sweet potato. Very sweet. I ate it without taking a picture. Don't keep evidence of your sins around. Lol

The food never disappoints, however the atmosphere and cleanliness is another story. On multiple occasions, after picking up a plate at the buffet line, I noticed food caked onto the plates. It was clear that they don't wash their dishes very well which slightly deterred my appetite. Secondly, for a building of their size, they allow way too many people inside at a time. Tables are so close together that if you scoot your chair out to a comfortable distance, you'll bump into the person behind you sitting at another table. It gets so cramped that it's impossible to feel comfortable and the buffet line will loop around the interior of the building and amass a half hour wait. They need to start turning away people at some point instead of letting it get so absurdly crowded. In that aspect, it's clear that they prioritize their daily profit over the customer experience. Service has been good and bad sometimes.
