This is a good restaurant. The whole setup is beautiful, both inside and out, and the vibe is super relaxed—perfect for just hanging out.

I ordered wings & potato wedges, and they were good. What made the experience even better was the open flame grill being shown on the TV—it’s so cool to watch your food being cooked live!

Zariah K, my server, was awesome. She was super nice and made sure I had everything needed.

Overall, it was a great time. If you’re looking for a place with good food, a cool atmosphere, and friendly service, definitely check it. I'll be back for sure!

Wow!!! It's absolutely phenomenal from start to finish!

From the hostess, to the bartender, to the kitchen staff, to Dale the owner, to the drinks, to the righteous food, to the PRICE!!!!!!

Olde Towne Tavern is a MUST!

Superbly welcoming atmosphere without being overdone or tacky in an incredible 1800s vintage building.

Super friendly and personable staff all the way around.

Went on a very busy Thursday night and was lucky enough to be seated immediately at the bar.

The bartender was excellent and helpful with menu and drink suggestions.

I ordered the much talked about Filet accompanied by mixed veggies and Mac n cheese.

Everything was the right side of perfect - the filet was on the money at medium rare and deliciously seasoned....not too much....but just right.

When the bartender began to get extra busy? Dale, the owner, stepped behind the bar to lend a hand....stand-up guy.

Ensured my and everyone's experience was top notch.

We truly need more small business restaurants like this!

Go there and give em a shot. You won't regret it.

I finally tried Olde Towne Tavern and I had to go back in the same week. I usually don't order macaroni and cheese when I dine out (because it's so often a disappointment) but I took a chance here and was pleasantly surprised! The side of mac was large and quite tasty. I ordered the fish dinner and it was very good. The seasoning in the breading was unique to me - that was the seller. Even the baked potato was a standout! Second visit I got the creme brulee and it was awesome too. To top it off, the service is some of the best I've had in the area. I would definitely recommend this place, and will be back sooner than later.

One word to sum up our whole experience: bland. The food was bland, the decor inside was bland, the service was bland. There was no personality to this place at all. No decor barely. We ordered an appetizer, pizza, and pasta and it all was greasy and lack luster in flavor. We had high expectations as everyone says they love the food here. Our server was very new (said she’s been there a month) and unfamiliar with the menu and was just very spacey and often forgot things we asked for repeatedly. The only positive I can think of was the $5 strawberry margarita special cocktail.

This place is a hidden gem. Let me first start with the service top notch from walking in the door to being seated to food runners. All so welcoming and friendly this was our first time and it made such a positive impression we will gladly drive the 50min to this place. Next up the food for appetizers we got the pretzel, tavern kegs and the cheesy bread all three were fantastic definitely fresh and homemade no frozen stuff. The only thing I didn’t care for was the marinara which is sweet I’m a sauce snob so I’m sure many will love that also. Next we had some salads they were good just your standard house salad. The star and a must get had to be the steaks we got filets and a ribeye and dare I say it could have possibly been the best steak Iv ate it’s definitely a top 3 contender. This chef definitely knows what he is doing. It’s a breath of fresh air to find a place that’s taking the time to do stuff the right way and not taking shortcuts. I highly recommended you try this place and enjoy.this place deserves to thrive. The owner was also present which speaks volumes that he cares about his staff and customers. I’m sorry I didn’t get pictures but I promise it’s a 10/10 you won’t be disappointed.

What an awesome place in a quaint little town! Myself and my 2 teenage daughters received a recommendation for the AirBNB we stayed at. They told us to eat the steak so that’s what the 3 of us did! Best filet I ever had! Such a cool place. Our server Kim was so sweet and she helped us decide on an appetizer. We had the pretzel with beer cheese for an appetizer and it was so big and yummy! We met the owner Dale Jr and he was such a great guy to talk to. We loved hearing his story of how it all started. Dale Sr was an awesome guy too! We live 1.5 hours away and we decided it would be a fun trip just to come for dinner! Can’t wait to come back soon!

I had the steak shish kabob with salad and wedges. The food was 10/10. The service was great. The only reason I put a 4 star for service was because they were really busy and we had a 40 minute wait for two people. We ordered the kabobs because we knew the wait would be even longer if we ordered steak. The only tables are for 5 people and above. There were a lot of couples at these tables along with couples waiting. They really need to add 2 person tables.

I went into this restaurant recently knowing that it was recently purchased and renovated to be an Italian type restaurant and bar. I came after a very hard day of work and was exhausted and hungry. Unfortunately, I came during a busy moment and right at the time the kitchen closed. The place was packed and only one table left. The gentleman who seated me was extremely hospitable and attentive. I believe it is owned and ran by him and his son.

I ordered the filet mignon with assorted veggies and a side salad. I love filet mignon and have had it at some of the finest restaurants during my time living in Atlanta. I knew if their filet was good, then everything else would be. I will simply say, I was far from being disappointed. That was the best filet mignon of my entire life! The salad and the veggies were scrumptious as well but that steak was soo good I thought about it all week after leaving! I went back the following week with a friend and we both got filet mignon and it was just as good the second time, as well!

The only criticism I have is that it needs to learn to make fresh brewed good quality sweet tea. Maybe that's just the south still pumping through my veins, but you can't have five star steak and two star sweet tea.

I would highly recommend this place to anybody who enjoys good quality food! One of my biggest frustrations with moving from a major city to a small town is the lack of quality restaurants. This place is a hidden treasure and worth the trip to Tusky! It's a breath of fresh air in an area full of mediocre mom and pop restaurants. I'll be going back regularly and inviting everyone I know.
