A nice quiet place in the country (except for the trains lol). The sites were pretty level and had full hook ups. The pool was very disappointing it had A LOT of algae…on the sides and bottom.
The closest place to eat is the casino so make sure you have a backup. Our spot didn’t have any shade which was rough in the middle of the Summer but it looked like he did have some shaded areas.

Very helpful host. Sites are gravel (4 star) but most relatively level. Fair amount of space between sites & a decent pool/playground area. Lots of burrs in the grassy areas so a little rough walking dogs. Not sure you can get away from burrs in this area of the country. Overall a pleasant stay.

I have lived at Old Towne RV park for over a year. This has been a fantastic experience. There is a gated security access . The owner Chris and his family live in a nice house on the property. 35 acres. Chris has been great to work with. Anytime I’ve had a problem , Chris has been right there. Less then 10 minutes from WinStar World Casino and I35. Great for overnight or as long as you want.

This is the best RV park we’ve ever stayed at, and we’ve stayed at quite a few all over the US! We stayed here 4 months and absolutely loved it here. It’s a gated community, for a $50 deposit you can get a gate opener, which we received our full deposit back upon departure after returning the opener. This made it so nice when it was raining to just be able to use the opener. There is a pond with pergola and bench underneath which was nice to sit underneath in the evenings and a deer feeder in the field, you could occasionally see a deer or two. They have a very nice laundry facility with an ice machine and a soda machine, it also has a shower if you need it. There’s a free air hose outside the laundry facility which is very convenient. The park has free wi-fi and security cameras and each spot wide enough for several vehicles. We were able to park 3 vehicles and a trailer plus our Motorhome in our pull through site alone. Each site has a concrete pad with a picnic table as well. The park does have an above ground which we did not utilize only because it was winter and a small playground with a basketball goal. Very quiet and clean park, you always see the owner Chris out maintaining it and he is always friendly when out and about. If you’re looking for a quiet, clean, secure park to stay in then this is your place! It will always be Old Towne RV Park us!!

We stayed here two nights when we traded in our RV. It was exactly halfway to RV dealer, so we stayed a night on the way in our old RV and a night on the way back in our new RV. The owner was very nice and friendly. He was also very understanding when we arrived late because the RV trade-in process took a little longer that morning.

Very secure location, clean, and quiet rural setting with nice level spots and nice picnic tables. There is a playground, pool, and pond. We didn't use it, but there is also laundry and I think ice.

Many sites had trees, but not all did, our site did not, so other than walking the dog, we didn't spend anytime outside (100 degrees).

If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here.

Stayed 1 night. Arrived after hours around 11pm. Owner was very accommodating. Our site was level with full hookups. Took off early the next morning- the free ice was a nice bonus!

The owner Chris and employee Mike made me feel like I was home. They found a replacement for my Blue Ox tow that had failed. I also got a great wash job after spending 3 months along the Texas coast. Over all they went out of their way to make my stay there a pleasure.

Top Notch Gated RV Ranch in the country. Reasonable rent and electric. My wife and I have stayed here for 6 months and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to live. Chris & Kristal are the friendliest most helpful people you could ever ask for. Nice Christian family and gorgeous surroundings. There is a pool & play area for the kids & grandkids. The laundry house is very clean & well maintained and the ice is free. Has a bathroom and shower for guests. Very clean and beautifully maintained. There is a pond they just put in and will be stocked with fish. The park is very quiet and you can be sure your equipment is protected and living in a gated community is a real plus. Chris is always around for anything you should need. We would live her forever if we could. There is a deer feeder and the deer frequent it and they love it also. You won’t go wrong staying here.
