Conway- I’ve been wanting to try Ol’ Bart in Conway out for a while now. Wow! They didn’t let me down! First thing I noticed was the smoky aroma as I entered and the food tasted as good as it smelled. The servings were more generous yhan any bbq ive been to in a long time! The ribs were excellent as well as the sauces. The mild sauce was great but I have to say the Sweet & Spicy was my favorite. If you haven’t tried this place out I would totally recommend it. They say the crawfish boil on Friday nights is really popular too!

The brisket is so good! I also bought some salt they had for sale. I also enjoyed my Mac n cheese and potatoes. My friend loved her loaded BBQ potato with hot Cheetos!

Meats were dry and cold. So were the potatoes. Everything had a bad Smokey taste to it not the good kind. Hot mess really was a hot mess. Wasn’t worth the $50 meal

Really delicious BBQ! They did NOT have the half smoked chicken the corporate website said they had... Which was the main reason I went... But NO ONE does half chickens anymore. End of an era I guess. But the food was delicious, coleslaw was really good, and I don't know why, but the slice of white bread was absolutely divine! I don't know why, or if it was just that loaf... But it was so good.
This is now my new go to BBQ place in Conway.

This is some of the best Bbq I ever ever had. I travel across the whole country and Bbq is something that I love to try every where I go to see the effects that regions have on the taste of real Bbq. Ol’ Bart has got it figured out. This is some of the most tasty, juicy and downright flavorful pulled pork on my meat platter with the best baked beans I’ve ever had and some really amazing macaroni and cheese. There are 2 flavors of Bbq sauce, they have sweet and original. I liked them both mixed up but not much is needed because the meat was good enough on its own.

I highly recommend that if you love Bbq to stop in a try Ol’ Barts. It has been consistently amazing every time I’ve visited. There is also usually enough left on your plate to have a meal if you take the leftovers home.

The brisket, chicken, and beans tasted great. Pulled pork was kinda dry. The beans had meat in them which I've never seen before but it still tasted good. We ordered an extra 1/2 pint of coleslaw but instead they just put a bit of coleslaw under the pickles and onions which was more like a 1/4pint. The coleslaw we did get was not well seasoned. The mac and cheese was also bland. We also ordered BBQ sauce which we didn't get. Not worth coming back.

As soon as you open the door, the smell of slow smoked meats welcomes you! All the traditional bbq you expect, I got the brisket and it was good. The beans had what appeared two types of meat in it! Two types of potatoes to choose from, I got the smoked mashed potatoes and they were great! Served with onion and pickles which is nice! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Restaurant was clean and sold their own seasonings and other seasonings as well. I will continue to support Ol Bart

Got the 2 meat combo with sliced brisket and sausage. Brisket cut was too thick, dry, and had an excessive fat cap. Sausage was overcooked and dried out also. Beans and coleslaw were average. Bbq sauce was okay.
It just seemed over priced for the quality
