For the life of me I cannot understand why this lady doesn’t have 5/5 she is heaven sent!! She made my wedding day a breeze. She took care of literally everything! Cake, decorations, cocktail hour, drinks, dinner, flowers! You name it she does it. I can’t imagine trying to juggle everything without Janet. She is a grade A wedding planner and everyone needs a Janet on their big day! From the moment we met I knew she would be who we needed. Any concerns I had she took care of them. From the venue to the littlest details. I can’t imagine the stress I would have felt not having Janet there to handle all the wedding details. She is amazing and she is a great person to work with. I will recommended her for all of my friends and family members. I highly recommended Janet. The cake she made was just delicious! I liked Janets cake more than I liked the grooms cake that we paid $300 for! I seriously dream about her cake. If you are doubting Janet because of these reviews please don’t! She is affordable and realistic about everything. We had a $12,000 budget and decided to change to plated dinner last minute. She handled it with no issues at all! Her crew was great as well. Don’t think twice about Janet call her now! The key to having a stress free amazing wedding is having Janet!! We will love Janet forever and she will always hold a special place in our hearts!

We booked with Janet before reading reviews because she was a preferred vendor for our venue. I curiously read reviews after paying the deposit just because and was shocked to see negative ones as so far, I had a great experience with Janet. I asked the opinion of my venue and even expressed some concerns to Janet and was assured that everything will be up to par - and boy was it! Janet was not only a great vendor but a friend during this crazy planning process. She always spoke to me as an equal and didn't mind explaining things to me. It was always like talking a friend rather than a vendor! She responded to emails quickly, and always helped in anyway she could. I am so glad we went with Janet and would do it a hundred times over. She did a desert bar, pasta bar, cake, and bar for us. Everything was delicious and all guests were happy. I would confidently recommended her to anyone.

Janet and team were amazing!! We built a great friendship throughout the planning process! She would do anything we needed: catering both our bridesmaids luncheon at her beautiful event area in Guthrie and wedding reception and creating gorgeous bouquets and flower arrangements. She also offered to helping with day of coordinating! She had a very difficult wedding the day before ours and she got very little sleep, but she still did amazingly!! Her heart is huge and she truly loves and cares for her customers! Her prices are incredible also! She is very knowledgeable of all aspects of weddings, very professional and accommodating.
She certainly added joy to an already joyous day and we will forever be grateful for all she did for us!

Janet was amazing on my wedding day! She provided food, bartending, linens, and decor! I could not recommend her enough for any bride getting married! She is also a wonderful person and so kind!! Additionally, she has also done multiple weddings I have attended and they have all been fabulous!

The wedding was a small elegant wedding. Food was not great and cold. There was suppose to be Lemon-aid,Tea and water. We only was served water. One person serving the food who looked like she had lounge clothes on. My daughter said the cake wasn’t even what she had picked out. Pretty sad because my daughter and her now husband planned their wedding out for a year and half and trusted what they paid for was what they got. There is no due over. This company rips you off. Do not use them!

I was recently a bridesmaid in a wedding and Okie Cookie was the catering company. To start the day off they were suppose to arrive by 10 am. Bride called and text and they said they were 30 minutes out due to having to turn around and get something they forgot. They did not end up showing until 1:30 pm. In the contract they stated they would be the ones to cut and prepare the fruit and veggie tray. When the brides aunt showed them what all needed to be done they said that was not part of their job. So 30 minute prior to pictures 3 bridesmaids were in the kitchen rinsing and cutting fruit with steak knives due to the company being ill prepared. The other bridesmaids were having to go to another town 30 minutes away to get flowers to fix the dollar tree bouquet the company showed up with for the bride that cost $150. At the reception there was suppose to be enough food to feed 140, there definitely was not. They also did not provide bartenders so everyone had to wait to get drinks until after the catering company was done serving. Thankfully the brides aunt was also able to bartend and save the day. I would not recommend this company to anyone else for their special day.

Janet with Okie Cookies Catering was hands-down the greatest service we could have ever asked for on our wedding day. She has catered, done florist work and set the bar and tables for literally hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of weddings. Spectacular attention to detail, incredible communication and very inspired foods. Her rates were the best in the area, but I'd pay her top-dollar to have her cater and care for us again. The entire wedding experience was low-stress, and we were filled with ease and confidence the entire week of our big day--because of her. PLEASE consider this company for ANY catering, floral or wedding needs. You will be so glad you took this very earnest advice.

We picked a venue that was quite a ways away from our home, as well as our guests as it was close to our Daughter and Son in Law's family. We did not know who to find to do our catering, but they recommended Janet at Okie Cookies Catering and I am SO GLAD they did. They were absolutely great and the food was wonderful. We ran into a couple of issues due to Covid Concerns and Janet jumped in with a solution and the wedding was a success due to her awesome food and supportive staff. Most caterers or vendors would say, Ummm that's NOT my job. However, NOT Janet! She either said, I will take care of it or how can I help! What a Rarity and Blessing for this outside wedding. They did it all from the Cake, Food, Beverages, Glasses, Silverward, Plates, Decorations, etc. and set it all up and got is all ready. For our other daughters wedding, we had to do ALL of that and it was overwhelming as well as it was more expensive. With Janet, I asked and she would get and take care of any need. I am blessed to have found her and will recommend her any and everyday to anyone that is looking for a great caterer and amazing food. We were so happy to have leftovers and still enjoying 🙂
