We’ve had such an enjoyable trip so far. The facility is open, inviting and fun. The staff has been amazing so far. A young woman lifeguard was so great at guiding kids on the surf rider and after eating at the gastropub Carolann was so nice and gave great recommendations.
Only critiques I have are warmer indoor water, it was so cold I had to run the kiddo to a warm shower mid waterpark enjoyment and also some slightly bigger steaks would not hurt.
The place is new and you can see a few things are still falling into place but I’d recommend visiting! Especially when the outdoor area opens! It looks great

We stayed three days and overall, it was okay. The indoor water park was great, my toddlers loved it. We had two rooms and when booking I asked for adjoining rooms and they couldn't provide that. We stayed in a double queen room and the bathrooms are tiny. You can't open the door if anyone is using the toilet and if you have toddlers like me, you can't go to the bathroom alone. They try to open that door and your legs get obliterated. Also, the AC in our room hardly worked. The lowest they go is 68 degrees but our room never would get truly cool. Everything is highly expensive. I knew it was going to be pricey but it was so much worse than expected. They also make you pay separately to park in the parking garage. I'll give four stars because the water park part of it was truly fun and great. The hotel part of it did not meet expectations for spending that kind of money.

The experience my family had at OKANA was great, we were able to get everything we needed without stepping outside during our 2 nights there. Being able to have the kids at the waterpark all day was so nice and a huge break for me as a parent, it wasn’t over crowded and surprisingly calm. We ate at jack rabbit, it felt like it took some time to receive the food but it was so worth it, the chicken pot pie was to die for!!! And the hostess and servers were great!! We are also a huge family and the housekeepers were so nice about giving us all the extra things we needed, toothpaste and extra towels. Will definitely be back in the summer once the outdoor pool opens and give it a go!

We decided to make a very last minute trip to the indoor water park. We have never been to Great Wolf or any indoor facility. Didn’t know what to expect or how much fun we would have. (I think my husband had the most fun out of everyone!) The place wasn’t overly crowded and got through the lines for the slides in a timely manner. I liked the concept of the digital lockers, but I don’t think I can justify paying $25 after just spending $200 (2 adults 2 kids) for entry. We did see a lot of chairs being harbored with towels or unattended personal items, and that seemed unwelcoming to be able to sit anywhere without feeling like we were imposing the area. Really my only negative feedback. Overall, was a good experience and I do see another visit in the future.
We did have a lovely encounter with Miss Ana P. She surprised us with a drink menu unprompted while I was speaking to my husband about what to order. I thought that was extremely nice of her to do (saved me from getting out of the hot tub lol). I appreciate her kind service and hope to see her again next time!

Rooms were great, water park was fantastic. Arcade games were cool but kinda high. Escape room was very fun. I think the hotel and water park runs circles around great wolf lodge.
Cool experience, plan on coming back for outside park.
(Fixable negatives: bought $300 okanarama arcade deal and the activities charged me wrong several times, staff fixed it eventually but it was still way too much hassle for $300. Overheard hotel staff arguing about commission on my check in, didn't even know what was a thing. Several shameless cash grabs, $28 a night selfparking? Every meal for 4 is $100+ and just ok. $30 for 1 cheese pizza was the most reasonable deal in the building. $45 before tip for 2 drinks at pool bar, $50 for ice cream cones.
I didn't mind the high price to stay. But give me break once I'm there, eat and play shouldn't cost more than the stay.

Melissa (manager) you are amazing! Thank you so much for accommodating our family ..especially our daughter on her birthday this weekend. She absolutely loved the bunk-beds! We had an absolute blast at the water park & the food was great. You have hired the right people as well! The kids games personnel were all helpful. The food service personnel always showcased kindness! You exude as well as foster great customer service! Thank you!

A wonderful waterpark resort experience compared to what I'd view as their competitor, the friendly wolf. The hotel has been meticulously designed and is fresh. They're doing a good job keeping it clean and I'd stress this is where they'll set themselves apart from the wolf- keep the focus on cleaning. It's structured to be a stay and don't leave experience. Accordingly, prepare your pocket books. The quick serve food was solid, but nothing to particularly write home about. The daiquiris from the bar amazing. Chino and Jack Rabbit were stellar. Yes about $10 more/plate than if we went elsewhere for a nice dinner, but worth no hassle of getting kids off property. They were genius (or ingenious if it's your pocketbook) on where they put the arcade- to every parents dismay you have to walk through/by it on your way to the Waterpark. Make sure you fully utilize your check in and check out days to maximize your money. They have at least double if not triple the slides of the wolf we've been too and it was so much cleaner. The flaw I see is there doesn't appear to be a connection between the indoor and outdoor park, but I can't say for certain since outdoor wasn't open. We'll definitely be watching for specials to come back!

Fantastic place for kids. It’s evident a lot of thought went into hosting families. Even the elevators are efficient and family friendly. Jack Rabbit for dinner and breakfast buffet. Great food, and another family oriented setup. Manager, servers, and cook were all smiles. Shoutout to our server Katelynn for the service…and the manager for the Togo coffee.
Friendly staff is everywhere. Amazing attitudes for the amount of kids running around. OKANA exceeded expectations for a solo dad with two boys. Wonderful addition to Oklahoma City. Don’t skip the mirror maze. We’ll be back!
