We stayed here for 5 nights, when visiting family in the area. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. The rooms have a mini fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine. The staff were really friendly. The free breakfast was good. We would definitely stay here again.

The first things we noticed
Stained carpet...
Tiny rooms
Dirty stairs
Slow elevator
The mini fridge leaned forward
That night:
The road noise was horrible (you can still open the windows in this hotel)
The next morning at 7 am
The shower DOES NOT work!
No hot water from the shower
Every time you try to turn it to hot it would literally just start dripping.

The location is nice, being next to Walmart. Employees were helpful and nice. The room was dirty, shower water smelled like chemicals close to chlorine. The couch was disgusting, and the window was held together by tape. For a building that says "Now Open". The furniture definitely saw better days.

Driving through to Branson, booked enroute over the phone, didn't arrive til around midnight. Check in was super easy, and very friendly.
Shower was awesome and had good pressure.
I don't eat breakfast, but the hubby went down...there was hot breakfast, which is always a bonus and saves time and money.

I recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an extremely clean and good smelling hotel. Under new ownership and management; this place has gone through renovations and has strived to be known for their cleanliness, per Flo, a most friendly and helpful manager/front desk worker. The rooms and lobby are exceptionally clean, including the bathrooms and showers/tubs! The shower heads are high enough and have lots of water pressure. The mini frig and microwave were clean and worked well. The bed was comfortable and had very clean bedding and towels. Each day, we had a hot breakfast including sausage, scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, muffins, fruit, & cereal.
Also, don’t forget the price is great! Having moved away, it’s nice to come back & see Alva has a reasonably priced, clean looking and clean smelling hotel.

This is a wonderful place to stay! Service was excellent! Room was very clean, pool was amazing! The breakfast was very good. Highly recommend! Flow was very helpful an very nice. 😊

Great overnight stay. Locally owned and operated, and you can tell by the service and hospitality. Breakfast was delicious! The bed was comfortable, would definitely stay here again!
