There are new owners trying to get this sweet Motel back to a comfy homey stay. The room we stayed in was super clean towels were whiter than alot of places I have stayed and the bed was comfy. The decor is outdated but I didn't care because it was very clean. Can't wait to come back to see the progress and changes. I love little quaint places on back roads.

I can't begin to explain how wonderful the customer service, environment and overall stay was. We were greatly accommodated and welcomed into the family environment they provide. Everyone was the friendliest I have ever met. Our room was clean and kept clean. Everyone was from different places and brought culture to the park. They all deserve the best and I will always stay here when it's time to go back.

WARNING, STAY AWAY! I found BEDBUGS in my bed, along with ants, and, spiders in the room. In addition, I found other people's hair in between the comforter and the bedsheets. I was not in the room more than three hours when I discovered all of these issues. I promptly packed up my stuff, left the room, and asked for a refund. I was told by the manager (Zach) that, "the owners do not offer any refunds." The manager seemed unfazed at all by any of what I had reported, which leads me to believe this is a common event at this hotel.
BOTTOM LINE: I payed $60 for a room which had bedbugs, ants, spiders, and other people's hair in the bed when I checked in, and, was refused a refund. This is NOT how you treat customers, and not how you run a business. STAY AWAY!

New Management has taken over and they are GREAT! This is a friendly and cozy place to stay. I seen none of the issues described above infact it was just the opposite. The new managers Shiela and Kevin were more than helpful and really made us feel welcome.

What a joke! Sean and Shane were the worst managers I have ever met. I couldn’t find anyone to answer the door when I arrived or answer the phone when I called. When one of them finally showed up he was completely drunk. I never received clean towels Or soap. When I complained about the service to them they simply told me that they own it and that’s how they want to run it. It’s really unfortunate because last time I stayed they had a really good managers it seems this time they’re gonna run through some bad ones again.

This is Jim, Millie's husband. We moved into Oak Park RV Park in January 2022. The 6 months that we were there we had people constantly asking for something. Now we don't mind helping people that help themselves. One other neighbor would constantly get all oggley eyed starring at Millie. This made her feel very unsafe and uncomfortable. The last straw was when I had words with this A@$ Hat that calls himself the " MAYOR " of Oak Park. The neighbor's dog was barking one morning at 6:43am he decides to rev the crap out of his Sportster with pipes on it and then tries to justify it. He did it again a few weeks later at 10:30am because of the same dog. Then gets in my face which is a big mistake and I proceeded to tell him to get out of it. Bath house is disgusting. All you can smell is sewage. Half the time the trash doesn't get picked up. Got some crazy woman yelling all hours of the day and night. The park has SOLD! We heard there will be changes made in the near future, but we already made ours!

My wedding party stayed at this motel. It was the only choice in town. The bridal party said the person on the phone they called to book with was impatient and rude. This would be easy to get over but the day after the wedding things got really bad... And I'm not talking about the spiders in the bed. The owner contacted the Bride to tell her there was damage to the rooms (instead of the person who stayed in and paid for the room). The low class words used were 'what are you going to do about this girl? Huh? What are you going to do girl'?' professionalism is totally lost on her. We told her we wanted to see this 'damage'. No big deal to put a damper on the day after the wedding. We went to take a look and the first piece of evidence was conveniently cleaned up. The supposed broken table was really an outdoor plastic stool with a small crack and the busted base board just looked old and the people in that room are the low key sober ones who left early. After asking for evidence she was suddenly very friendly and asked for 12 dollars, which we gave her. Thanks for bothering us after our big day for nothing. Glad we asked for evidence.

Can’t believe this place has 4 stars, maybe once it was a nice place, not now. It’s very dated, showers are useless as the shower valves are so old you can’t adjust them at all plus the mold and mildew in the showers might carry you away. Stayed almost a week because I had no choice. Never once cleaned the room or brought fresh towels. I could go on but not much point. Would never stay again and will never suggest anyone else stay there either
