I am extremely disappointed. Today I took a coworker there after ranting and raving at how wonderful their buns were.We both ordered the Cream Cheese Bun and it was so dry and tasteless. No cream cheese and the bun was so dry it cracked when we pulled it apart. Not soft, full and tasty like they used to be in the past. The young lady was very friendly, we were just disappointed in the pastry that we paid $4.62 for.

Nice staff but they ought to know the difference between a cappuccino and a latte. This was supposed to be a cappuccino. It was tepid and weak and 99% foam-free.

I am deeply disappointed to be writing this review as I used to come here often but ultimately, I feel better warning others to avoid going to this Cafe.

My partner and I came today and got two separate drinks. The service was dismissive, compared to what it used to be and it wasn't very friendly.

What I regret to say, most of all, is after getting on the road and finishing a drink, we found a roach in the cup. Immediately, I called up the store and the girl on the phone was confused but incredibly apologetic. She ended up taking a few minutes to call her boss about the incident before getting back to us. The only solution presented for us was to come back in and have them remake the drink. I was at a loss for words, honestly. The whole conversation, though apologetic, felt unprofessional. What I'm concerned about is them not taking the complaint seriously and as such, not taking any precautions or steps to correct it.

I absolutely love this café! Their ice cream is my favorite, and, of course, I can’t get enough of their famous buns. The service is excellent—always patient and welcoming. I highly recommend checking this place out!

I went for just iced coffee, it took a little bit of time even though I was the only person there. It was also self serve for sugar and creamer. The creamer smelt and tasted a bit off as if it was out too long and the coffee was over brewed and tart as if it was old hot coffee that sat on the warmer for waaaaay too long. Just go somewhere else for coffee.

Cashier was nice and made sure I knew the toppings that went on the taiyaki soft serve that I got. The green tea, milk flavors soft serve can come with the fish waffle like cone and choice of 2 toppings. Also ordered their frappes (vanilla, salted caramel, and green tea). Everything came out great and didn't have to wait too long. They also do boba and blended drinks.

I loved this cafe for a really long time but this time everything was off, I don’t know if this was a one time thing or not but every time before this was wonderful! Unfortunately this time I came here it wasn’t good the boba tasted rotten, the fish come ice cream was overcooked and they forgot my straw. I really love this place but I don’t know what happened. 😕

This is very disappointing. It used to be Korean bun style, very fluffy and delicious. Every time I came here . I have a six pack. This time I sent my boy in to get it. It looks like this. I almost feel like biting on a biscuit. I ended up throwing them away. I Can't do it.
