Fried whole catfish and fried shrimp combo plate was delicious. We had a piece of homemade butter pecan cake afterward. It was DEVINE! Always friendly service. We have eaten here several times in the past. It's a long way out in the middle of nowhere, but it kind of makes it unique in it's on way.

We will definitely be back! I absolutely loved this cute family owned restaurant. I got the boiled shrimp oh my lord with fried okra delicious amazing! My fiancé got the catfish fillets with fried okra it was cooked to perfection. Even ordered a take out order!

I love the familiar and homely feeling this place gives me. It's like getting together at Grandma's dinner table waiting on your favorite meal. The food is always cooked fresh, not too greasy or heavy on the batter and there is a pickle bar to snack on while you wait. This is a very laid back and easy going environment, definitely a wonderful place to catch up with friends. The fried pickles are to die for, can't find anything like it in the city!

I got the catfish fingers, fried shrimp, hush puppies, French fries, and coleslaw with an ice tea! The food was outstanding. Nothing was greasy. Everything was fresh and very flavorful! My mom has a dairy allergy and she was able to order the same minus the hush puppies. It was awesome they were able to accommodate her needs. Our waitress was amazing...she was very attentive (it was pretty busy) and kept our drinks full! We all left so full and completely satisfied! Highly recommend...I will definitely be going back!
