I recently stayed here, and I can confidently say it was one of the worst experiences of my life. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that this establishment is sorely lacking in both cleanliness and professionalism.

First and foremost, the presence of bed bugs is inexcusable. After a restless night, I awoke covered in bites—evidence that I had been sharing my bed with these unwelcome guests. It’s alarming that a hotel could let this issue go unaddressed, especially in an industry where hygiene is paramount.

The room itself was poorly maintained, with stained linens and dusty surfaces. It felt more like a rundown motel than a hotel. When I reported the bed bug issue to the front desk, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful, offering no apology or solution.

Save your money and find somewhere—anywhere—else to stay. This place is a prime example of how not to run a hospitality business. I left feeling disgusted and violated, and I urge potential guests to steer clear of this dismal place.

Absolutely awful experience. I discovered bedbugs in my room on the first night and immediately reported it to the front desk, but they were dismissive and didn’t seem concerned. I spent the entire stay feeling itchy and uncomfortable, terrified of bringing bedbugs home with me. The management offered no apology or compensation, and the room itself was outdated and musty. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all costs.

Place is a dump. Pulled into the parking lot and there were a half dozen stained mattresses sitting outside of the rooms. Left without checking in. Stayed at the comfort inn that is a couple miles away.

The bed sheets had holes all over, the pillows were stain or it was just dirty. I left that place with a bite in my back and my arm. The air conditioning system didn’t work properly. We put it to 90 degrees so it would be warm but after a few minutes it would throw cold air instead of hot. I wouldn’t go back here.

Horrible. I will never stay there again. We got there, got put into the FIRST room, there was BLACK MOLD UNDER the bathtub matte went to the office and told them. They didn’t believe us and came to check it out. Then saw it and said “you won’t be stepping under the matte” and then was mad at us because we asked for a different room. We arrived with an under 1 year old so of course we wanted a different room. The next room was no better. Looked like cigarette burns all over the beds, looked like sheets where not washed. I am not happy we PAID for this room. I will not be staying there again not even if they pay us to say there.

Positive: The hotel staff was very apologetic for the incident Negative: There?s was a dead cockroach behind the bathroom door. I killed 3 cockroaches on the vanity. There was a hole in the ceiling. The microwave still had food in it from the previous guests.

Had a very good night's sleep, my room has things you don't find in others hotels,like a hair dryer,iron and board, my favorite is the personal shower wand and not just a shower head. Great deal for the cost of a room. Has modern wiring, nicely paved parking lot,new heater /ac units too.
