Perfect for families with kids. Fun hotel with great amenities! Definitely needs some updates/repairs and a good cleaning. Good for an overnight stay.

My room, 138, was hard to latch (left it unlatched the first time I left). It was also close to their rec area TVs which were loud but turned off at 10:00.

I booked this hotel online based on value and good rating. When I arrived, I realized I had booked for the wrong date but the hotel was able to get me a room and honored my online rate. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room, though an outside room, was clean and comfortable though a bit small. This is an older hotel/motel but it appeared they had updated the rooms. The property is very clean with good amenities. The complimentary breakfast was excellent! Tracey was there to provide a complete made to order breakfast or you could eat from their buffet which was also very good with many options. I loved eating on real plates and using ceramic coffee mugs as well! They also have a bar onsite but I didn’t check that out. A few restaurants close by and a WalMart across the highway and Dollar store down the street. If I visit Woodward again, I’ll definitely stay at Northwest Inn again.

We have been a few times for family gatherings and I love the atrium with the pool...5 stars for the complimentary breakfast and the service...but yeah rooms and location aren't top notch so can't give it 5 stars across the board

They have bed bugs!!! Me and my family stayed one night because the pool and games they have as we were packing up to leave I found 3 bed bugs…and the lady at the desk was rude

This really is a hidden gem! My family and I LOVED our stay here! The rooms were good and I slept great-nice beds! I loved that our room door was on the interior of the building and we could walk only a short distance to the heated pool, putt-putt golf, ping pong table, pool table, Foosball, and gym. Best part...it was ALL INCLUDED! The staff was GREAT! Everyone was friendly and helpful.
A hot breakfast was included and even though we didn't get one, you could get made to order omelets!

I called on MONDAY OCTOBER 14TH, and spoke with front desk girl. She was very short and rude with me! Woodward is my hometown! I refuse to stay there now! I am disgusted and mad! I should have expected her attitude, because it never changed from the other times I called to confirm the room on July 26th & September 23rd!!! EMPLOY POLITE PEOPL AND YOU WON'T GET REVIEWS LIKE THIS!

Roaches, roaches, roaches!
I use to love coming here, but we checked out and went to a cleaner hotel after we encountered SEVERAL roaches in the pool area. When we alerted the front desk clerk, she just stomped on them and clocked out.
