We had our wedding at the Mooreland Mansion 7/6/24. From booking the venue until the day of I had nothing less than superior service. I started with a woman named Wendy and ended with a woman named Stacey. They were both absolutely attentive and fabulous! We asked a million questions and they had
a million answers!! The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Everything was fantastic from our cocktail hour appetizers to our family style served dinner to the late night snack bar! Susan was my wedding coordinator and she was so sweet and attentive and really helped us get everything together day of. Thank you to the workers, the chefs, the business ladies, the bartenders, and the coordinators for making July 6th the MOST EPIC DAY!!! Stacey, the event manager, was super patient when it came to having to make a ton of changes to the order. She always got back to me quickly and made sure our breakfast happened when I was nearly forced to cancel due to hotel policies.
Brandon, the delivery driver, was amazing and had a great sense of humor when it came to sneaking a corporate breakfast into our hotel lobby. The sandwiches were perfect and made it easy for everyone to eat and mingle with each other, and despite not being a vegan myself, I thought the vegan muffins were really good!

Normandy Catering, which became our food service provider at the Jesuit Retreat Center two years ago, also did the catering for our annual Hearts on Fire fundraising event. The quality of the menu and food selections, the outstanding staff and service all made the evening a night to remember. We are so grateful to Jim and his team for the wonderful service they provided for this event and each and every day to our retreatants, guests and groups.

Normandy catered an 80th birthday lunch for my husband on Dec 30, 2024. We had many comments on how beautifully the food was presented and , likely most important, how delicious the food tasted.
We found that Stacey was so easy to work with when planning this lunch and accommodated special requests without issue. Her staff was very professional the day of the party, from bringing the food and other items in and down an elevator, to table set up, food preparation, serving and cleanup.
We could not have asked for a better caterer.
