My recent stay at Nobu Hotel was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the check-in staff greeted us with warmth and efficiency, making the process seamless and stress-free. The event staff was equally impressive—friendly, attentive, and always anticipating our needs, ensuring that every aspect of our visit was effortless.

One of the highlights of our experience was dining at Nobu Restaurant with the Pura team. The staff at the restaurant went above and beyond to make our meal unforgettable. Nicole, our host, was incredibly accommodating, making thoughtful recommendations and ensuring every detail was perfect. Her attentiveness and hospitality truly elevated our dining experience.

What sets Nobu apart is its commitment to multi-sensory experiences. From the elegant design and soothing ambiance to the perfectly curated flavors and scents, every element worked together to create an immersive escape from the typical business outing. It was a refreshing departure from the ordinary—a perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and inspiration.

Customer service is top tier from door opening, efficient valet, and going above and beyond to ensure a one of a kind experience. Brunch was booked but I asked the concierge if it would be possible to get a table for brunch and they made it happen because we were hotel guests for that weekend. The location is central to amazing food and shopping with Phipps within walking distance. The restaurant on site was delicious with a great ambience. The room was a beautiful neutral minimalistic aesthetic. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel and great restaurant. Room is beautiful and well appointed. Beds are comfortable, but the pillows are almost TOO fluffy (meaning your head falls through the fluff and hits the bed below). Love their texting capability (I was working in my room with the Do Not Disturb on and they didn't bother me, but texted to see if they could service the room later.) Room service was good, but adding a delivery fee AND 20% tip to bring the food up 7 floors seems a little excessive? All in all a positive experience.

Stayed for a night as part of a weekend getaway this past weekend. I booked through C1 Travel, and received free parking, which was great (otherwise ~$30/night, I believe). The rooms are definitely on the pricier end, but the hotel itself is luxurious and well maintained (comparable to similar high-end hotels). Room was comfortable and spacious. We did get a chance to hang out and eat some snacks at the hotel bar - all the drinks and food was delicious. Also dined there for breakfast, which was also wonderful. Would love to return and dine for a formal meal, too.

Went for Sunday Brunch for a friends birthday. Excellent food and experience. The hotel staff was out of this world. The hospitality greeter Mel-Gilmore Jr was ABSOLUTELY incredible. Kindest man and he helped take care of my 9 bags before flying out on a flight hours later.

Peak luxury experience! Love the atmosphere and security. Greeted with tea and a warm hand towel. Love the staff. Sparkling clean rooms with high end amenities. Loved the toiletries provided with flat iron and blow dryer. Temperature control in room and beautiful view.

Our stay at NOBU Atlanta was truly memorable, thanks to the incredible hospitality of Bella, Melvin, and Ramadan. In town for the final taping of the Ms. Pat Show on BET+, we decided to try NOBU instead of our usual W Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. Bella's attention to detail, Melvin's local insights, and Ramadan's warm professionalism made us feel like family. ||The luxurious ambiance added to the experience. We left with full hearts and can't wait to return. Thank you for making our visit so special!

I had the most amazing stay at Nobu. Parking was a breeze thanks to another review -- park on P3. From there, you can take the elevator up to the lobby. I was greeted in the lobby with one rose (Valentine's Day weekend), a warm towel and cup of tea. My room was upgraded from an Executive King Room to a Premium King Room. It was a corner room that had a short hallway and full length mirror. I'm a tea drinker so I was pleasantly surprised by the electric kettle in the room. The chocolates and branded water bottles were also a nice touch.

I ate at the restaurant bar for dinner and in the main dining area for breakfast the following day. They allowed me to check out late. I didn't have enough sleep leading up to my stay so I truly appreciate the kind gesture. All in all, I felt safe, valued and comfortable. The one night I was there was better than my entire birthday weekend. My only regret, is not getting the names of the staff who assisted me. I will be back!
