I was greeted warmly when I walked into the shop, and the staff was friendly, which I really appreciated. However, the experience quickly took a turn. While placing my order, a flood of online order receipts started printing out, and instead of completing my drink, the staff prioritized all the online orders first. I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for a simple drink. The coffee itself was good, but the long wait and the feeling of being sidelined as an in-store customer really put a damper on the experience. Unfortunately, despite the friendly service and decent coffee, I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Went as a quick morning date with my significant other while on vacation visiting family. She had the honey rose latte with avocado toast, while i had the iced banana latte with breakfast croissant.

Speed of service was great, atmosphere and vibes were exquisite, with nice jams and a neat seating area.

The food itself was very well made, the croissant was cooked perfectly, with my only "complaint" being the clean-up after, since it was so well toasted and flaky! The limited time Banana Latte really was the star of the show for me, I'm not an avid coffee drinker, however, the blend of the banana and cinnamon made for a very delightful combination.

If I were living in the area, this would probably be my go-to spot, have full intent on returning.

I am always a supporter of places that really revitalize San Bernardino, and this is definitely one of them! Firstly, really nice atmosphere with their iconic neon lights and minimalist yet elegant logo. And they have unique and tasty drinks. I’ve gotten a few drinks of theirs but my favorite might have to be the banana matcha latte, although I’m aware that it’s a seasonal menu item. They also offer course have coffee and non-caffeinated offerings as well as sandwiches and merch!

Fives stars across the board! I love coming into Snacks. The atmosphere is really chill and the food and service is excellent! I love the Mango Kiss Green Tea and the sausage breakfast sandwich. Today I got the turkey and bacon sandwich and I’m so excited to try it! The only issue is I did ask for no tomato and they still put it on the sandwich. The sandwich comes with chips included which I loved! Okay, I just took my first bite and the sandwich is delicious. I love Snacks so much!

My new favorite coffee spot. Have tried both their lavender and brown sugar latte. They both tasted great. Their bacon and egg croissant sandwich really surprised me fresh ingredients and restaurant style quality and presentation. Definitely recommend this gem for a pick me up or quick breakfast -you won’t be disappointed.

Nice assortment of coffee and matcha concoctions. It's very tasty and good coffee. I'm glad places like this are in our community. They are much needed. I like the aesthetic of the store. They have merchandise for sale in the corner, including mugs and shirts. Definitely recommend the lavender and anything matcha. The employees were very nice and helped us out with all the questions we had. They have some dope flavors and pairings! Highly recommend.

Good spot for coffee and light meals. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Drink and food were good. Plenty of comfortable seating for individuals or groups.

First time at their shop and found them helpful when asking about menu items. They have plenty of parking. The location is within a shopping center and a bit difficult to spot from the street if you're not familiar with the area. Prices are reasonable, they have a variety of food and drink options.

Great to locate a legit "third wave" coffee spot here on weed alley in San Bernardino. It's an all espresso and tea spot (my drip coffee was an americano which is fine with me). It's got the clean aesthetic common to most third wave coffee spots, but not common out here. It was crowded with students and such when I visited on a Friday at 8 am.
