Most RACIST place I've been I walked in and greeted them and then lady was rude off bat for no reason, they take money from churches and treat people wrong I don't understand why I got treatment I let them know that I have to work tomorrow and they didn't care I am contacting legal aid and a couple other organizations to c what can be done because its not right to treat people any kind of way I AM HOMELESS don't make me less bcuz I am down on my luck

Shower water didn't shut off all the way, sink had no hot water pressure and was clogged, not enough towels one of them was dirty, chairs stained, bedspread needed washed, volume on remote control didn't work, no microwave, mini fridge out of order, couldn't reach office after 11pm, and never did get the wifi password... Staff was nice, room was affordable, and had an overall okay experience though ☺

All things considered it wasn't bad. Lots of water pressure, hot hot water, but best of all NO BUGS of any kind. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean. Actually only downside was no coffee pot or microwave. Very quiet too. Will definitely go there again!

This place is under new management. It is very quiet and peaceful. They are very beautiful and amazing people. They are working on cleaning the place up. Yes there are no visitors allowed unless you talk with them . They are making sure there is no drug activity going on. If you're looking for nice service and easy access to all the great restaurants, and numerous other events that occurs in the downtown area please come check the budget inn you won't be disappointed

This place is amazing and the new. Owners are the most kindest and sweetest people! Jack and Dee... No bugs, no drugs, and so quiet, follow the rules and your stay will be a very satisfying one. They are in the middle of putting in brand-new bathrooms, it's crazy how much this place has changed

I could definitely tell that it is under new ownership. It was clean, neat, quiet, had updated TV's, cable, microwaves and refrigerators. The owners were not just courteous but very friendly. They made us feel very welcome and actually looking forward to the next time we stay.

So let me say this, I'm very impressed on how clean, and nice smelling, my room is, the new owners are super friendly, the property is clean, and not one bug! The male owner walks the property, and makes sure all is good, he now and then stops and speaks a friendly word, to his customers. This is exactly what the motel needed, a owner with the know how on how to run a buisness, with a little style and grace. So great job and welcome to our community!!

You get what you pay for. For the price, it was fine. Yeah, it needs some renovation, but it had a TV and a bed, and no signs of bedbugs. The cinder block wall separating my room from the room next to me wasn't very aesthetically pleasing, but it kept the noise down, and this ain't the Hilton. If you need a cheap place to sleep because you and you significant other are fighting, this fits the bill.
