Neil's has the BEST donuts in Ct!!! Moved out of state 4 months ago and have had NO luck finding a decent donut place where I now live. Will be going back to CT for a visit soon and will be getting some donuts at Neil's. Bagel sandwiches are also very good. Actually everything they make is awesome and the prices very reasonable. Service is great. Highly recommend them to everyone. Can't give them enough stars!

We usually love Neil’s and come in every Saturday morning for our donuts but today, we found a piece of a food service glove in our maple frosting. My husband bit into it and started chewing when he realized it’s not frosting. We are extremely upset about this 🙁

The donuts are delicious...get there early for the best selection. The donuts are all priced the same so no need to fuss over will this cost more or less, just get what you like. These are big, fresh and come in a wide variety of flavors, definitely not your average donuts.

Worth the trip at least once if one of their locations are not too far away!

Donuts bigger than your head. Oh my goodness. How did I not know about this little treasure. So delicious. Breakfast sandwiches smelled so good too. Must come back. Worth the 40 minute drive. That's a 2L bottle of soda for scale because people say my hands are so small. LOL

Neil's Donuts in Wallingford was great. Location was super busy with a line almost out the door. But, the line moved really quick! All employees looked to be in a good mood, smiling and providing friendly service. There are lots of Donuts to choose from. Good size on the donuts also. Tasted freshly made. Worth the visit.

This place was packed. We got the giant cinnamon roll, the glazed cruller, the cinnamon cruller, the Samoan, the blueberry crumble, regular glazed, and the Boston cream. The cinnamon roll was like a giant churro wrapped in a spiral with some extra cinnamon between the rolls. The cruller was definitely good, not the best but it was a good simple cruller. The samoan was like they took a girl scout cookie and scraped it onto a yeast doughnut. The blueberry was a tasty blueberry jam stuffed inside a powdered sugar donut, the jelly was a bit thick and sweet but if you have something to drink it will go down with no problem. The Boston cream was very good, just a bunch of cream in a doughnut, kinda hard to screw up. The glazed was good, nothing to really comment on. The worst was the cinnamon cruller, it was like a cake long john which is all the bad parts rolled into one, it was dry, tasteless and just heavy for no reason.
