Love this place! We stayed in the Forest Hobbit House. Very neat. Has a kitchen area, sitting area, dining area, bed and full bathroom. Water pressure is excellent and bathroom is beautiful. Check in was easy. Communication was excellent with the host. Sauna pod onsite which we did use, was clean and had a nice view of the pond and landscape. Also used the hot tub, slightly disappointed there are no jets. An amazing stay and would recommend!

Truly such a one of a kind place to stay. I will never forget the less than 24 hours spent here. |The hot tub was absolutely the most relaxing experience I've ever had. We hardly got out and it even snowed while we were in it and truly felt magical with the hills and hobbit houses surrounding.|The scenery feels like you are in the last place but Ohio and the perfect and tiniest details made such a huge difference. The work put into these places is felt and it feels so magical.|If all of this wasn't enough, the bed was the absolute most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. I had the best nights sleep I had in ages, only to find out it's a special ordered mattress from Europe. So truly the sleep you get on the bed alone is worth the stay, everything else was just a special bonus. |This was absolutely the most fun my friend and I have ever had and we packed so much in at this awesome place and the surrounding areas.|We can't wait to come back again and for definitely longer.

This place is amazing. It’s my third time back and it never gets old! I love how unique it is and you just can’t beat the hocking hills area. Will stay again! I’ve stayed in the Morocco themed ones as well as the hobbit themed ones. They are all amazing in their own unique way!

Taking my stepdad and mother out for a nice relaxing getaway for my mother’s birthday this past weekend was incredible. From the views, to being unplugged and actually getting to relax in nature was more than anyone could ask for.

The cleanliness, amenities, and the overall friendliness of the hosts is exactly what you want when you’re looking for a getaway like this!

Lovely experience staying here for a weekend in winter. Arrived during a winter storm so 4 wheel drive was necessary to get up the driveway. The grounds were setup so nice with lighting. Grill, hot tub, and sauna enhanced the stay. Inside our hobbit style cabin was everything we needed with the equipped kitchen. The bathroom was very nice with a hot high pressure shower helped unwind for the night. We were surprised how comfortable the memory foam mattress was to sleep in. Mervat was an exceptional host. Will be back!

Such a beautiful property! So relaxing and the perfect getaway to disconnect and enjoy the surrounding views! Mervat and Ron are extremely kind and hospitable and really made sure I was taken care of during my stay! Such a unique property. Who doesn’t love hobbit homes?!

Mervat was an absolutely amazing host!
Everything was set up so perfect down to the tiniest details. Even the toilet paper was a sweet surprise !
The location is everything and more you could hope for, overlooking the hills with totally uninterrupted views.
The hobbit houses are seriously a work of art. The craftsmanship and details truly can't go unnoticed.
We had the most amazing time in the wood hot tub, especially at night once the stars came out and you almost felt like you were in another world!
If all of that wasn't enough, the bed we stayed in was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. It was the best nights sleep I have had in years!! Only ro find out it is a mattress imported from Europe!!! The good nights rest alone was worth the stay.
We only stayed for less than 24 hours and truly had the most unforgettable and memorable getaway we've ever experienced. We truly made the most of it and couldn't have done it without Mervat and the Hobbit House.
Whether you only have a short time or an extended stay, everything about this place, the location and all the amenities are absolutely perfect!

I was at the Hobbit cabin for 2 days and I loved everything about it. I loved the location – it was so peaceful. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. |Extras like a coffee maker, mini fridge, or desk make it even better.|The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome.
