Positive: Every staff member was polite, helpful and pleasant. Negative: The beds and pull-out bed were all clean and comfortable, kitchen area was adequate. The lighting in the bathroom was not, I thought, bright enough to see well while applying makeup. There were not enough storage/shelves in the bathroom area.

We had a great experience at this location. We had work travel and found ourselves at the MySuites, it as just lovely. The staff was warm and welcoming. The hotel was very clean, both inside and out. The rooms be spacious, quiet and comfortable. Being off the highway made getting around easy. We would absolutely come back. The breakfast left something to be desired, but they always had hot coffee and that's good enough for me.

We forgot some items in the hotel room. The staff was kind enough to reach out when the found them cleaning. They were hoping to catch up before we left town. Unfortunately we were already gone, however I found the extra effort and consideration far above and beyond what I would have expected. Well done! We really appreciate the extra effort.

This place is very clean, smells lovely as soon as you walk in. Really the only drawback is no pool, or at least a jetted tun in the room. Food is good, beds are comfy, large fridge in room for all your drinks and restaurant leftovers.

To respond publicly that you’re sorry your hotel did not and does not have hot water in the shower without some sort of resolve is to deceive the public into thinking you care. Provide some sort of compensation for a hotel room that cost over $100.00 for a single night. That would be the right thing to do

Two main things a person wants in a hotel room, a clean bed and a warm shower. This place only provides one of those two. NO HOT SHOWER HERE. And when asked for a discount at the front desk they said they have nothing to do with the temperature of the water. They also informed they could do nothing and a manager would not be on site for hours. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY

We stayed here for 3 nights, and this hotel is definitely a 2 stars. Our bathroom was not properly clean, and there were stains on the walls. They only have housekeeping twice a week 🙄. The free breakfast is a continental, so there are no eggs, sausage, or bacon. The location is very convenient if you are coming to the boot camp graduation.

This is the hotel we stay in when visiting our hometown. I do hope you get to meet Treasure who I can't say enough about. On our stay March 17-19 we had a bit of a weird incident with some unruly guests. Just typical young ppl being a bit loud. I told Treasure what was going on and she immediately stopped what she was doing to handle the situation. She was so very professional with resolving the matter. I know Treasure will go above and beyond for anything you may need while you stay at this location. Treasures supervisor should know how lucky they are to have such an outstanding employee. Keep up the good work!!! Everytime I've stayed here I get excellent service.

Yes, the last time we visited Lawton, we stayed at a trash hotel ( see my other reviews), but this place, I gave them a 10 as soon as I walked in. Omg, the service - amazing. They staff make you feel like it's their home, and they just want you to relax and totally enjoy yourself, the rooms - clean, clean, clean!!! The whole experience was warming and I wanted to give a shout out to Treslynn, (All the staff was beyond wonderful) but you girl!!! Made us feel right at home and bc of you, when we do visit again hopefully real soon. We will definitely be back to MySuites in Lawton!!! Thank you, guys, for everything!!!
